I recently had the pleasure of visiting Emerald Townes while searching for a rental home for my parents, and I can confidently say that my experience exceeded all expectations. A friend recommended I check it out, and Im so glad I did!From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by Shelby and Misty. They went above and beyond in providing exceptional customer service, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Their kindness and willingness to help truly stood out.One of the highlights of my visit was how they took the time to create a video tour of the property for my parents, who live out of state. This thoughtful gesture made it so much easier for them to feel connected to the home search, and I cant thank Shelby and Misty enough for that.Emerald Townes itself is a lovely community, and with the support of such dedicated staff, I have no doubt my parents will be happy here. If youre in search of a rental home, I highly recommend visiting Emerald Townes. You wont be disappointed!

My husband, our pup (Maggie), and I moved to Emerald Townes in December 2024 and could not be happier! Our property manager, Misty, ensured that both the leasing and move-in processes were entirely stress-free. Although still in the final stages of construction, the property is already amazing, and meeting some of our wonderful neighbors while out on one of our daily walks has made us feel so welcome! We look forward to many years as members of the Emerald Townes community!

This is an amazing community, the management is great. Everything is brand new and you can tell they did not spare expense building. Thank you all!
