So impressed with the lease application process here from end-to-end. Communication was always quick, streamlined and helpful. Never flustered or rushed. Its real people that know their business. The process is organized and well executed so never tracking down or with questions about what was next. Most importantly, I felt like my clients were treated well, communicated with clearly and in good hands which is always most important to me. My expectations were far exceeded so wanted to share.

I’ve been at a Emerald managed home for 4 months and the whole experience has been good. My application process was easy and they got back to me in a timely manner. At move in I was not happy with the carpet and they got with the owner and got approval to replace it immediately. I recently had a pipe burst in garage and closet (due to age of house and weather, I do not blame that on them) they were so responsive. I had someone out immediately. They picked great contractors to service each job, they were all very professional and communicated well. Demi at The Emerald Management office has done a terrific job on keeping me posted and answering all my questions. I have not had 1 bad experience with anyone in the office. As a property manager myself I know how important it is to have a good management team and I think Emerald so far has been great. Highly recommend.

Ive been living in a property managed by Emerald for about 5 months now and the experience has been amazing. Demi is an excellent property manager and always takes care of us as quickly as possible. The entire office was so helpful during the leasing process and every maintenance situation I have had has been taken care of promptly and to my satisfaction. When we first moved in, the A/C went out and Emerald had a brand new unit installed within days. They are thorough and communicative and I cant recommend them enough!

As a Real Estate agent in my industry I see and meet with many different property management companies across DFW, and by far Emerald Property Management is the BEST! They are professional, very thorough and a joy to work with. I have seen them bend over backwards to help some of my clients get into a lease. Most of my clients stay in their leases for at least 2 years because the houses are in good condition, clean and when something does go wrong in the house they take care of it as quickly as they can. Since most of these homes are privately owned the property management company deals directly with the landlords so if there are issues with the houses they have to deal directly with them first before they can get approval on repairs. Most tenants are not aware of this. They don’t waist peoples app fees either like so many other property management companies do. I am always thankful when my clients find a lease through Emerald because I know they are in good hands!

As an agent I work with a lot of Rental clients. Ive had 4 or so go with one of Emeralds properties and have all had good to say. Terri, Ford, and Gloria have been the people Ive delt with and are quick to respond to my emails and calls. I personally have not rented from them but from what my clients say (I do a 3, 6 and 9 month check back with my clients), they have had no problems with repairs or other issues. Most of the homes are privately owned and they are at the mercy of the home owners on most issues.

I rented for 4 years and really enjoyed it.-We moved because we purchased a home..One thing to keep in mind, each property has a different owner, so sometimes their hands are tied on repairs until they get approval from the owner. With that being said, I was lucky enough to have an amazing owner!! We had quite a few large issues that occurred and he was more than accommodating. Work may have taken a little longer than I would have liked, but again, when you hire contractors it just happens like that sometimes. Renting a house is largely different than living in apartment community, so if you have expectations on not paying for certain things, you will be shocked at first, but that is just how it is when renting someone’s home.I mainly dealt with Terri over the years and she is just wonderful! It’s nice to have someone in the office that is very responsive and always answers the phone when I call! Thank you Terri, Emerald and Chad for giving our family a nice home for the last 4 years! We truly appreciate it!

We have been renting a home over here in Keller. We have been pleased with Emerald Property Management. Anytime we have had something go wrong with the home we are living in they have sent someone out to fix the issue ASAP.-The A/C was blowing hot air last summer and they sent someone out 12 hours later.-The garage door was not working properly. they fixed it within the week.-even our refrigerator was not working at all and they sent a technician over ASAP.We have been renting for almost 4 years now in the same home. ERP has been great! I would defiantly rent from this company again.

Im a property owner who has been using Emerald Residential Property for three years across two different tenets. They are always responsive and have given me the piece of mind I need as an out-of-state landlord.They got a quote for tree removal and I responded that the rate was way too high for the service needed. What did they do? Go out and find a better quote at a reasonable price.They take care of my tenets calls quickly and efficiently, and keep me posted on status. Some of the reviews on this page that are negative, dont sound at all like Emerald Residential. I agree with another reviewer who pointed out that some reviewers might be confused with company with a similar name.Rich,Property owner in Keller.

I was just reading some of these posts and realized that there are two companies called Emerald. One is Emerald Residential Property Mgmt. and the other is just Emerald Property Mgmt. Not sure who the reviewers are actually critiquing but Emerald Residential Property Mgmt is great! They took great care of us as renters and we had no issues whatsoever. Things were taken care of in a timely manner and everyone was friendly. I would highly recommend!
