I am editing my review to a positive 4 star review after they reviewed my documentation and was able to receive my full refund. During my almost 2 year stay they were responsive for maintenance issues. We had an issue with the AC that was frustrating to deal with but ELP was always responsive. I understand there were other factors that might have been the true issue such as HVAC company used by the warranty claim company and or owner of the house, which ELP Rentals had no control of. Overall my experience was okay, just make sure you document everything as you should with any Rental.

Honestly a great experience from the start. My home was rented instantly thanks to their marketing.Customer service was outstanding and they answered all my questions.When it came to repairs, they contracted me instantly, and ensured that they fixed the issues quickly for our tenants. If the repairs were expensive, they negotiated with me to split payments.Would recommend them to anyone looking to sell or rent a home.

I cannot express how happy I am with ELP rentals. I love the great customer service they provide and how fast they do business. Andrew is AMAZING. He talks business which is something that I love plus he is there for his clients literally 24/7. Hello, everyone I wanted to say Dan Jacquez is the nicest realtor that was so helpful, with our temporary problem on getting a rental. He was extremely accommodating .
