Phil helped me find my dream spot in Travis Heights. I had been on Zillow day and night for months and sent him a list of places I wanted to see. After understanding what I was looking for, Phil made a detailed list mapping all locations to make our day of viewings as seamless and efficient as possible. Based on my preferences, he also sent me some additional recommendations. I couldnt believe I missed this gem in Travis Heights that Phil sent over. Phil and I went to ~7 showings, in one afternoon (talk about efficient) and by the time the day was over I had an application link for the place THAT PHIL HAD PICKED OUT in Travis Heights. So grateful and will be using Phil and his team for all future real estate needs.

We were first time home buyers who really didnt know anything about the home buying process. Phil did a phenomenal job in helping us navigate and learn about the process so that we could feel comfortable making the decisions required to buy a home. His availability in doing tours was great and his response time to questions was also solid. In addition to guiding us through the first time home buying process, in the end, Phil was also able to help us strike a great deal on a home. If we were to go through the process again we would love to do it with Phil, and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.

From our very first tour it was clear that Phil was committed to helping me find the perfect place to live and make the process the most stress free and easy as possible. Throughout the process Phil was extremely knowledgeable, professional and responsive. He listened to my preferences and was able to help my boyfriend and I address both of our wants in this rental.
