    Looking for a rental? This is your place! We have a great property and while rare, if any time we need help with anything they send great handymen, who come right out, to solve the problem. I cant remember the name of the fellow who fixed a small electrical issue, but Hector came out the other day and was great. Solving a locking problem on the front door, and a faucet issue that needed a new part. Very happy with the house and neighborhood and with the guys that come for any service that comes up.

    .We rented an Eanes managed house for over 10 years. We first leased with Jim and Rikki and then with Samantha. They respected our privacy and always seemed to make sure we were comfortable in the house my kids consider home.They quickly serviced any problems or repairs we needed and even made a few upgrades during those 10 years. When we had season of life issues Samantha was understanding and encouraging when she could have just been a stereotypical landlord and she helped us get through our challenge.We didnt know we were going to stay there a decade but we had a great experience and could focus on raising a family rather than deal with being homeowners.

Sam was the property manager of a duplex I lived in & I was impressed by her care- stood out from any other landlord Ive had in the past.2003: When ready to buy a house, I had a bad experience with a different real estate agent, and remembered Sam. Changed Realtors & Sam moved mountains for me even though I was a first time home buyer with little money.2012: I needed help leasing my home out as I moved overseas & now Eanes is my property manager.2017: Sam managed renovating/updating my home while overseas. Sam should charge a bunch more for her home interior skills. She researched and hired great tradesmen that were affordable.2023: Sam is still on it.     My wife and I just recently moved to Austin from out of state. Our goal was to be close to our son and his family here in Austin. Coming from a farm to the city was a BIG change and challenge for us. Just retired we were more or less going on recommendations from our son, who told us about the very nice home we are in now. Eanes Properties listed it and that is how we got connected with Samantha. ( Sam ) And what a Blessing she has been to us. Not knowing how the management of the leased property is done, we ask alot of questions and Sam was always available to answer any question and always explained why they do what they do. We were impressed and then felt very comfortable working with Sam and the family team.Sam and her family are a very unique Team, always ready to help and assist whenever and wherever they can. She helped us navigate getting our homes ready to sell, always had great references for vendors that we needed to get things ready and fix things that came up in inspections.     Iā€™m a former tenant, sad I had to move (I bought a house) as this was the best property rental experience ever (I was there approx 3 years). Iā€™ve lived in many places, apartments, etc over the years. As a tenant of Eanes Properties I never had to worryā€” always super responsive and on top of things. The place I rented was probably built in the 80s, but it was renovated nicely and maintained very well.     Weve lived at an Eanes Properties (EP) managed house for about two years and we love it! The place is beautiful. The folks at EP are very nice, respectful, and helpful. Any issues that come up are immediately taken care of. I mean, like, ridiculously fast service. I feel like I have a whole support team in my corner to help when its needed. Yes, they are there to protect the owners interest; but they genuinely want to support the renters too. Great company. 10/10 would recommend.

    We were looking for an investment property in the Austin, TX area.
