We live in California and were wanting to buy investment property out of state. My wife contacted several realty and property management companies in San Antonio to try and get some information and direction. We did not feel a connection until she spoke to Jennifer and Mary. They are Awesome and always went above and beyond. We purchased several properties sight unseen. They did everything they could to make us feel comfortable in making a decision and since, have managed our properties without any issues. Jennifer is absolutely the best in the game! I am a first time homebuyer, and she helped with everything from start to finish. Jennifer made the process seamless and answered all my questions, and helped me fully understand each step along the way. Then we met Jennifer Oropeza she was so kind, easy to talkto, extremely knowledgeable... she made the process of buying a home so easy for us. We met her in September and within a month we were moving into our new home. She made us feel like if we were family to her. Our home buying search lasted more than a year and Mary had been pleasant and patient all along. She is very accommodating no matter how busy she can be. She is also quick with processing paper work and communicates well with us as well as the seller agent. Ellis Realty (Mary) has been a blessing to my family from 2012. She is a very reliable realtor and I have no complaints about her. She managed my rental property for 4 years, and was an expert at everything she did. Her fee for managing the property was very reasonable. Mary got my property rented all 3 times within 3 days and sold within 2 days at a much higher asking price. Thats the true sign of a professional realtor. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a property manager or realtor.
