    DTA Community Management is by far the best property management company youll find. As a former property manager with over 12 years in the business I know a great company when I see one. The DTA management and staff are top notch, A1 and incomparable to all the competition. Specifically, Terry Davis and Shelly Wich are by far the most experienced, professional and knowledgeable property managers Ive ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Their level of expertise is unrivaled and theyll go the extra mile to take care of ALL your property management needs with patience and compassion. If I had the choice Id have my own communities property management services changed to DTA.

    My community -Park Lake Townhomes - in Missouri City utilizes this property management company. Our property manager, Leanne Gradel, is great. She is diligent is keeping the bed aware of the business side of running our small community of 67 units. I like the way in which she interacts with the PL Board of Directors, Homeowners, outside vendors, and public officials, I’m very appreciative for all the hard work she has done for our community.

    DTA has been informative and helpful with our HOA Board. Bernadette is available and always helpful to both board members as well as homeowners. As a board member, I appreciate her help when needed, as well as her knowledge and expertise. When she’s not sure of an answer to a question or resolution to a problem, she does the research and gets back with the party as quickly as possible.

    Tena Wells - Has been our manager for our community a little over a month. Attempting to hit the ground running for one community is difficult in itself. knowing that she has several accounts to handle makes the task so much harder. She has shown a willingness to understand our special needs and wants and has also shown a desire to familiarize herself with our community. While a Four Star may not be the best, at this time she has demonstrated a professionalism that is needed in her job assignment. Keep up the good work.

    First I want to praise our new manager Tena Wells. She only took over the management position in Sept. 2022 but shes already showing that shes a hard worker and is serious about making things done right. She is very professional to say the least!Ive been living in this community for 14 years. I can feel the huge difference between Tena and the management we had in the past so many years and I appreciate that very much.Our current Board is running very loosely and irresponsibly. Many problems and issues happen as a result of that. Most of our homeowners are wanting to change that. With Tenas assistance and the potential new Board, we hope we are heading to the right direction.Im giving Tena a five star rating with no hesitation!!!

    I have been a member of the Board of Directors for our HOA for only a few months. Since I became a member of the board I am realizing how much work, time, and planning is required to keep us legal and to maintain our property.When you consider the great responsibility for HOA managing companies I believe Stephanie, Owner of DTA is among the best! She is very pleasant and is able to remain cool, calm, and collected during our annual meetings and when dealing with tough questions by the board members and homeowners.I believe Stephanie is honest and fair and I would recommend her and DTA to any HOA looking to have all of their legal, financial, and fee collections current and accurate.
