Dana Brown and her team at Doors have been the most professional and courteous group of people Ive ever leased from. Weve leased a home for 3 years and we have NO complaints. Repairs are always made quickly by professionals. Issues are always resolved quickly. They have always kept the lawn and trees manicured. Over my 50 years Ive dealt with problem landlords and Ive been a problem tenant. Nothing but praise for Doors. Could not ask for a better management company or landlord.

Honestly I really love the business I’ve done with doors management. The duplex I lived in before this one was managed by location rentals and they were horrible, after doors management took over I had no problems. Darla was so sweet and so nice and helped me move to a bigger house in a nicer neighborhood. My current property manager Kim turner is equally amazing! She has been amazing since day one and always helps me when I need it. Any time I have a maintenance request, it gets answered by the next day !

I been here going 1 year and going on 2 yrs at Sophies landing, the people are nice and love renting from them. But the parking really sucks, people that are not tenants staying here every weekend no parking for us,my son works 2 jobs, I think its Ridiculous,they said they cant do anything. Also all these pot holes all over the parking lot. I talked to someone but I am hoping they will change things not telling me what I want to hear. People in the office is nice and not rude.

My wife and I are renting out our first property and are so thankful for how easy and simple Doors Management has made everything. We worked with Mrs. Darla Rodgers to put our home up for rent. Darla went above and beyond our expectations and had a genuine interest in our property and treated it as if it was her own. She always responds to questions in a timely manner and has been extremely friendly. She kept us updated step by step and helped us navigate the overwhelming process of getting quality tenants in a timely manner. Now that the house is rented, we are worry-free and feel very confident that the company is ensuring the house is taken care of both for the current tenant and for us as a homeowners. Dana Brown has managed 11 properties for us in the greater Lubbock area for years now. We actually followed her to Doors Management and Leasing. She does a tremendous job, is super detail oriented, is not afraid of advocating and fighting for us as investors as needed, and is quick and accurate when we do ask for things. She keeps our homes filled with qualified residents, gets a fair and reasonable market rent, and is delightful to work with. We highly recommend Dana Brown and Doors!

I have been living in my apartment now for a year and I have absolutely enjoyed living here. The property I live in, Colgate and University, is 2 blocks away from anything I need, United Supermarket, a bunch of restaurants, a couple of dollar stores and even though the apartments have washer dryer connections there is a laundry mat, all with in a few blocks. Cavazos Junior High is one block over and have busses taking kids to different schools from there. I have had no problems whatsoever with my apartment .Doors, Ciara is my agent, have been nothing but accommodateing and helpful in everyway possible. This is a very nice place to live. The apartments have been redone and with the wooden floors look very nice and are very comfortable.

Crystal Delgado has been a fantastic Property Manager. She cares about the tenants and the property. She has been very easy to communicate with and is a proactive manager. Shes an absolute rockstar! She helps us take care of our tenants and our properties with excellence, understanding and grace and she will do the same for you. The Doors Management and their staff have gone above and beyond for me personally. I especially want to recognize Dana Brown, Crystal Delgado, Morgan Crum, and Branda Brown and Michelle Battin. I am now on my 4th year at the house Im running and the owner of the home has followed Dana wherever she goes and to me that spoke volumes all on its own. I also noticed that her office people went wherever she went to which shows me she takes care of her people. Ive come up on hard times recently and if it wasnt for Dana and her team at The Doors Management I do not know where me and my kids would be today. I am forever grateful and forever a tenant for these wonderful people.
