    I own a property in McKinney,TX and availing the property management services of Direct Realty for the past 6 years. Their services are commendable and trust worthy. They take care of all the needs viz. renting, fixing issues in the house, collecting rent and depositing it owners account etc. They take care of all the communications to/from the tenants. They are reachable anytime during working hours and they responds to all communications as soon as possible.Direct Realty also serve the customers in buying and selling properties.     Me and my family feel extremely fortunate to rent a property managed by Direct Realty. Their screening process based on reputable services was a breeze, they even considered our credit score from abroad, as immigrants this was a big plus and shows how meticulous their process is. As immigrants new to the country their guidance through the renting process was invaluable, and they even facilitated services to help us to setup the utilities. Reporting an issue in the property is very easy, they respond in a prompt way and work with competent contractors. If I ever get to own a rental property, I would hire Direct Realty to manage it.

    Wonderful property management, customer service, and very responsive. I worked with another property management company, that I fired in the middle of a lease. They picked up the ball and ran with it. Never felt I was being ignored, or that my tenants needs weren’t being tended to like I did with the other company.

    Direct Realty has been nothing but helpful. I’ve never had any issues with them in regards to the property I have rented through them over the last 8 months. Their staff is easy to work with and they communicate promptly. Their maintenance contractors do a great job at repairing my issues promptly and conveniently. I have not regretted my decision to rent from them and will continue to do so as long as the landlord wants to rent his property.

    I have known Adam and Shannon for almost 2 years now in a professional and personal capacity.
