We have been using diamond property for over 3 years and we love their service. The people there are honest and reliable; we would recommend their service. Anything wrong with our house, we are notified immediately, and are very responsive to my questions. Shout out to Britney who is the maintenance coordinator! She’s awesome being the liaison between our tenants and us.

Diamond property management has been awesome with the house I rent. They are always quick to send out technicians for any maintenance issues and very professional! I put in a plumbing work order on Sunday night and had a plumber at the house the next morning. I have dealt with other property managers who send sketchy technicians to do sketchy work, this has never been the issue with Diamond. I have been dealing mainly with Brittany from the Bossier City office and she has been exceptional! She’s always quick to respond back to me and very professional. I would highly recommend using Diamond property management to to manage your properties!

I love renting from Diamond. I love my home, priced where I wanted in the area that I needed. I have only have minor maintenance but they were highly professional and very helpful. I got the issued handled in 2 days. Great group of ladies. Highly recommend this company if your looking to rent

I have been a vendor for Diamond for almost 4 years and have enjoyed every minute of it. I own a cleaning service and clean all their rental properties and their expectations are very high which means they care about their owners homes and any future tenants moving in. They have always been good at communicating with me on their expectations and send their work orders in a timely matter to make sure the houses are not rushed.

Always fantastic customer service -- great communication, responsive to calls and texts regardless of day or time, and they use quality vendors. In my 25 years renting, Diamond is the best property management team Ive worked with.

I did have some issues upon moving out but the owner called and was very reasonable. We came to a reasonable and logical conclusion to benefit both sides. He also took some feedback on the communication side as well.
