Wanting to ensure my tenants were in good hands, I decided to switch my entire portfolio to them two years ago. I can confidently say this was the best decision I made.     Absolutely professional and experienced staff. Especial thanks to Robert who owns the LLC. He is able to give individualized attention to every tenant. He personally helped me out with recovering Security deposit from my last landlord/owner who was wrongly holding up my rent. Robert informed me of tenant rights and texas tenant code 92, and with his help I was able to get my security deposit back. I’m a professional and this small return of security deposit was not a big deal amount wise however, it was a matter of principle.Robert does not only protect the owner’s interest thoroughly but also pays attention to the tenant/ buyers needs. No wonder he is well liked. I would never rent again directly from owners and instead would get services from professionals like Covenant Rent houses, LLC.     My wife and I have been renting from Robert and DFW Rent Houses for several years now. It is wonderful to have a business relationship with a strong Christian. He runs his company and way that shows their love for Jesus Christ. I have had a couple of issues in maintenance and they have taken care of them immediately. It is a blessing when you call and people truly are caring and compassionate to you. Last year my wife had a medical issue that was extremely serious. Heather from the office contacted us A few weeks after the incident just to check on my wife. Renting from them has been a blessing and I could not recommend them more.

    I rarely give reviews out, however, I want and need to thank Robert the owner, and the staff at DFW Rent Houses for not only walking me through the process but also helping me form my LLC and consulting me to locate and form my portfolio by searching and inspecting the homes that I was to buy, Im happy to say that its been growing year over year and is making me the income I need and expected. From the initial call, it was a consultation on how to succeed, and with their talented knowledge in all aspects of the market and regulations I knew it was a right fit! Especially since they place only great credit renters in my homes with exceptional backgrounds and stability. They even consulted me on the tax benefits and deductions that are allowed.     Robert, Rhonda, and team are amazing. I have been renting from them since 2018. I don’t have to reach out much, but when I do, everyone I have encountered has been responsive and very pleasant to work with. I have rented apartments and other homes and this by far has been the best experience with a landlord I’ve ever had. I don’t know how they do it, but they have a maintain a healthy balance of advocacy for both the renter and the owner. The entire team are good genuine people, which is rare today!

    DFW rent houses management is amazing !The manager Robert and his assistant Heather are always on top of things .Along the years that I have been renting with them , anything broke at the house got addressed right away as soon as the ticket was opened .They keep in touch and follow up to make sure things got fixed and we are happy !They are friendly and efficient as well .It’s definitely worth mentioning that they are a Christian company and Robert the manager will dedicate his time and efforts to go on missions and spread the word of god when he can , and just for that I owe him a lot of respect .Definitely recommend them .

    We had a wonderful experience renting for 3 yrs in one of their homes!! They provided us with an awesome house with great service and communication when needed! When all the rent homes rent went up they managed to keep our rent under the market rate. At move out they were very understanding as we have 3 children who made a bit of a mess in the backyard.     Being a property manager is a difficult job, as they have to juggle multiple and often conflicting requests of both the property owner and the tenant.     I cant say enough good things about Robert. He manages two duplexes for my husband and I and has allowed us to be almost completely hands-off rental owners. Before finding Robert, we were so fed up with the renting world we were ready to sell the properties. We are so very glad we found him! He has also been out to our home on numerous occasions to do yard work and projects for us and each time he has exceeded our expectations. He did a huge landscaping project for us last summer in the front and back yard and after he finished constructing a gorgeous flower bed out by our pool we discovered it had some major drainage issues. He worked with several people to find the right guys to install a proper drainage system so that we could stay close to our set budget. He has a work ethic that is rare in todays world, often staying past dark to finish work. He is a joy to work with and we consider him a close friend. You will not regret working with him!
