Ive had a fantastic time working with the team. They are incredibly responsive and helpful. Everything from documentation to work orders has been simple, clean and quick! The team also sends out notices for weather events, helpful checklists for weather prep, and has even checked in with me when our area had some severe weather to make sure I was okay. I look forward to working with them for a long time. Has truly helped make my living experience worry free.

I have been a tenet with DFW Property Solutions for nearly 3 years and plan to renew my lease when it comes up. In that time I have seen growth and improvement with the management team. When Cindy joined the company she added a certain professional friendliness and organization that enhances the management team. She gets things done and is a great asset. When my AC went out last August, Bill and Cindy were able to quickly get the unit replaced within 24 hours.I always feel like my questions, concerns and requests are important to them and their communication with me is prompt and respectful. Houses that I have rented in the past have not always been managed with such commitment and care that this company has. They go above and beyond to make sure that the house is taken care of and that I am aware and informed about safety issues, events and happenings in my neighborhood.I would definitely recommend DFW Property Solutions.

They have managed my properties for years. Have always found great tenants quickly. The vendors they have for repairs have also been cheaper than I could find for myself. They have also been there to help me answer any other questions Ive had regarding other properties that they did not even manage themselves. Amazing group of people!!!

If you are looking for a trust worthy, affordable property manager, LOOK NO FURTHER! Bill Sabino and his team at DFW Property Solutions have been beyond helpful, managed my property with no issues, and was prepared for every situation.This was my first time ever renting my home and hiring a property manager. I chose DFW Property Solutions as my property managers. At the time I was living in another country, and I had the most difficult tenants with a complain every week for the last year! DFW property Solutions intercepted every dialogue and complain and addressed it on my behalf most of the times, disputing repairs that I should not be responsible. for.To make a long story short the tenants left my home with damages and I was sued for keeping their deposit. A year later Bill Sabino was right there by my side in court fighting with me as a witness, and I won the verdict based upon the evidence and supporting documents I had given to me by DFW property Solutions.Prior to managing, this company well prepared me for the worst case scenario, and I am glad I went with all the recommendations for having an onsite report at my cost. They had their best interest in me and my property.CLOSING STATEMENT:1. Stop looking around for a better deal, you wont find one. If its cheaper you get what you pay for.2. If DFW Property Solutions recommend something, DONT ignore it, take the advise, pay a little extra, trust me it might save you from a suit and save yourself for the worst case scenario. You wont regret it, I know I didnt :)3. With DFW Property Solutions, you arent just paying for a property manager, you are paying for peace of mind, and with DFW Property Solutions, I had nothing to worry about living in another country.
