We love our rental house, it spacious, its a corner lot in a culdesac ... It has lots of room for our kids to play both inside and out. Our DFW Property Management is an awesome place to lease from. Great over all experience since the first call to view the property. It was available to view on my own time, followed by an easy application process, and EXCEPTIONAL customer service from Venki! There was a timely response to being accepted for the property that we were wanting to lease. We applied on Friday and we’re approved on Monday. We saw the home online, my husband went to see it because I was working out of town. The property is beautiful and looks like that listing on line. The staff has been very courteous and patient with us as we had some initial confusion about how the process works. We are approved and moving in very soon! :)

They have a customer portal where I can view my documents , make payment and raise a maintenance request. I never had delay in completing the maintenance request I requested from their portal. The staff at Sulthar Property Mgmt were incredibly helpful and responsive in arranging a virtual tour, helping me apply online and providing real-time updates during the app process.Herve G is one-of-a-kind. He is friendly professional, responsive and incredibly patient. Anytime a maintenance request was placed, he was quick to reply and arrange with my landlord to have any issue i had fixed right away. I will forever be greatful for coming across this Company when it came down to renting the home on Ranch Oak. They have an outstanding team and I cannot stress how swift they moved when I submitted requests for small issues around the home. They are a caring team and even worked with me after my lease was up, allowing me to extend an additional 60 days because I had family funerals, not local, I needed to attend. I stayed in the home I rented from them for 3 years. It was a nice home and I appreciated living there. I definately recommend them and this home. Great price, neighbors and big yard!

Ive been here since July 2022. This apt. management company has been nothing but excellent in their customer service & maintenance requests fulfilled expediently. Theyre constantly renovating apts that were less than par & work to ensure that all residents are safe by clearing out squatters. One thing I truly love is although my apt complex is close proximity to UNT & bars/restaurants were never disturbed by loud music etc from fellow residents or local businesses. I commend DFW Property Managements for continuously working to improve the ambiance of Fry St. Apts. Keep up the great work!!!

Sulthar Properties management company did an absolutely outstanding job managing my three properties in Dallas for the past 10 years (2010-2019). These were not easy properties to manage. There were numerous problems over the years ranging from multiple house break-ins and damage, to high renter turnover and late rents. My decision to buy rental houses in bad neighborhoods should not reflect at all on Sulthar properties - quite the opposite in fact. Ive had multiple property managers over the years in various parts of the country, and had to fire several for a number of reasons. Sulthar properties was by far the best property management company Ive had in my 16 years as a rental property owner. They truly go above and beyond, and it all starts with Mohamed Sulthar and his tireless work ethic. He is an extremely honest and hard working man who knows the business inside and out. When a problem arose - and there were many - Mohamed and his team did an excellent job dealing with it and keeping me informed every step of the way. Mohamed also consistently gave me great advice when there were multiple possible solutions to a problem. Mohamed is also a licensed real estate agent, and he did an excellent job throughout the entire - sometimes frustrating - sales process for all three of my properties. I cant thank him and his team enough for everything they did for me. If youre looking for the best property management company in town, this is it. I give Sulthar properties my highest possible recommendation. Thank you again Mohamed!

Sulthar Properties has been managing my investment property (duplex) since 2008 and I am extremely happy with their service. My property has been leased to quality tenants. When a tenant has vacated the property Sulthar has always found another tenant in a timely manner. The fees charged by Sulthar to management my property are very reasonable. I have never had to worry about my property with Sulthar. The other thing I really like about them is they have quality repairman for upkeep and repair that property ownership requires. The fees for this service are also very reasonable. I would highly recommend Sulthar Properties to anyone who is looking for property management service.
