    I have been working with DeGuire Properties for 2.5 years. Throughout this time, their staff has provided me excellent customer service and excellent management of my rental property. Alan and Derek are personable, accessible and are hands-on when it comes to property management issues.DeGuire Properties recently re-rented my property quickly after my prior tenants moved out. They worked with me every step of this process. I appreciated the speed in which they got this done!

    As a new landlord, I was nervous about renting out my property. I had heard all the horror stories from other owners and really wanted to minimize my headaches. I reached out to DeGuire Properties and, by the time my call with Derek was completed, I was much more confident and excited about my new venture. The services offered are designed to eliminate as many hassles for the owner as possible... and they do it for a very reasonable price. From finding and screening tenants to responding to any and all repair requests, partnering with DeGuire allows me to focus on building my business while adding quality at the same time.     Sept. 2020 Update: We purchased our own home in the area in mid-2019 (thru no fault of DeGuire Properties - we were ready to settle down and stop renting), and had a very pleasant and stress-free lease-ending and move-out experience. We recently had a small issue with our front screen door that required a maintenance request, and the issue was promptly and satisfactorily corrected without any inconvenience to us. Thanks again.* * * * * * * * * *My wife and I relocated to the DFW area during June/July 2017 and were fortunate enough to find a home being managed by DeGuire Properties in the Mid-Cities area. From the initial home viewing to the very efficient application and move-in process, our experience and interactions with Derek, Alan, and Sheila have been nothing short of exemplary, and helped remove some of the burden from the already stressful process of moving.     Me and two other roommates have recently moved in our home. We are thrilled and we love it. Gwen Hammons was our realtor who helped us find the home we wanted and she was excellent and very friendly. If you need one, look no further. Derek DeGuire with DeGuire Properties was also very helpful. I myself was in a huge time crunch situation and he got us moved in with time to spare. He has already come by to check on us once and has followed up again in text to make sure everything is well. House hunting can be stressful. But with these people it did not feel that way. I highly recommend this company as well as this realtor. You will not be disappointed!

    I have been using DeGuire properties to manage two of my home in the Fort Worth area for about a year now. From the time we bought the homes we engaged them and the experience from getting the home ready, to finding good renters, to managing all the maintenance work has been great. They are responsive, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about the area being local residents. I would recommend them without hesitation and I would go back to them if we bought more homes in the area without a second thought.

    We were tenants of a DeGuire property for a year. Application and approval process were extremely fast. Work orders were generally serviced quickly and with no disruption to our lives. Move out process was as smooth as one could hope for. Unlike other property management companies that begin an endless stream of showings for the final 60 days of the lease (as is their right), DeGuire waited until we had departed. They didn’t have to, but they did. We appreciated the open lines of communication during our time with DeGuire and would recommend them to tenants and to owners.

    Im renting with DeGuire Properties and they have been extremely responsive on any issue that has come up. Ive had 4 different instances when things needed fixing and they fixed them right away. Their payment portal is very easy to use as well. It gives me peace of mind to know that I am are dealing with professionals with a good reputation and seem to care about their renters.

    I have leased homes before in my past but I have to say this was one of the best experiences I have had in those years. When something was wrong, the response time and repairs were completed in a timely manner. Everyone working at DeGuire Properties is professional. They even take the time to get to know you and remember you. When I called they always answered and knew me by the sound of my voice.     I leased through Deguire Properties for 3 years. They were so easy to work with from setting up payment and maintenance online to them providing various tips and notices about extreme weather. Any time there was a problem they had someone at the house the very next day, sometimes the same day. A real plus not only for me the renter, but for the home owners as well.     My wife Coy and I relocated to North Richland hills, TX approx. 10 months ago from Mississippi. We were looking for a house to lease so we could have time to look around and decide where we wanted to buy a house. We met Allen at DeGuire properties and found an excellent choice to lease. it was a decent size house with a huge yard and well maintained. the property was just what we were looking for and the price was very reasonable. We only had 2 very minor maintenance issues that were literally addressed in a couple hours after notifying them. This company and its staff are totally impressive.
