Highly recommend Dannhiem Realty Property. We rented from them for 2 years. They have really nice properties for reasonable amount. We spoke to Lyndsey the property manager and she helped us through the whole process, she was was very sweet and always professional. Great people to do business with! -

My roommates and I have had such a great experience with Dannheim Realty. Every question we have is answered fully and in a timely manner. Any maintenance request is filled SUPER fast and the maintenance crew is always so friendly and respectful. The crew went all the way to Home Depot on the spot just for me so they could get a light bulb that matched perfectly in the bathroom. Our house is very affordable and NEWLY renovated! Compared to other rental companies in the area, Dannheim is one of the most personable, ethical, and professional companies I have seen. -

We have been with Dannheim since September of 2017 and I cant say enough good things about them. Our lease was coming to an end and we were looking for a bigger house but because they didnt have any open and we absolutely wanted to stay with the company we signed another lease and they made everything so easy for us. Anytime we need something fixed around the house we send in a request via their online portal and its fixed that day or the very next! They even keep you posted as to when they are headed over so you arent having to sit around and wait. The house we moved into was renovated before we moved in, it is modern and up to date! I highly recommend this company and look forward to continuing to be a tenant with them. -

I rented from Dannheim Realty for one year and I loved it. Every maintenance request that we submitted was always handled either day of or next day at the latest. I without a doubt would have resigned my lease if I was staying in Lubbock for another year. Rent payment was very easy to submit, definitely the best landlord to rent from in Lubbock. -

Dannheim is an amazing group of people and they really care for their tenants! Work orders are always solved within the day or the next day, and they are always there to help and do what they can to make your leasing/renting/buying process smooth, from application to move-out, if you ever even move out! Fantastic people and my two roommates and I love living on one of their properties! -

I would advise everyone in Lubbock to rent through dannheim Realty!! They are so friendly, kind and helped me and my roomates tremendously throughout our moving process. If we had any questions they were answered immediately and they worked with us very well. Not to mention we moved into a spotless house!! We did not need to clean anymore because they had it done for us. Amazing company and people. -

As a service company we have seen that Dannheim Realty is very quick to get us work orders for any problems that occur in their properties. They also do a wonderful job following up on any problems which occur to make sure their tenants are well taken care of. They are very professional and great to work with. -

Chuck & Jennifer Dannheim are the most amazing people and landlords I have ever encountered. My rent house was in good shape and when things did go wrong here or there, Chuck was here himself or had the right person here to fix it ASAP! Yes rent houses in Lubbock are expensive for what that are, but that’s just the market. Again, amazing people. Highly recommend! -

In August of 2016 Chuck helped us sell our house. The advice he gave us was open and honest, and we took it to heart and made necessary adjustments and it sold quickly. Even during the negotiation process, his words of wisdom helped us to obtain a fair price for our home.In Dec 2017 Amy helped our family look for a new home. I have not had all that great of experience with Realtors in helping me look for a home as they tend to show homes that dont have requested features, or are out of the price range...but not Amy! She stuck with our list and was open and gave us good counsel during our search. We love our new home. -

Both our boys attend Texas Tech and both have experienced the apartment life under the microscope of inexperienced property managers. I urged them both to investigate renting a house and after numerous visits of various property owners and management companies, we opted to go with Dannheim. Chuck and his staff operate a friendly, fair and competitive business that I highly encourage others to follow our path. Realtors want to sell you a house, which is fine if you are in the market to purchase. Chuck took to the time to show us what we were interested in, and that was rental. They have donated multiple appliances for our concession stand as well as for a student and their family who were in need of assitance. They have also volunteered several hours of their time to help support our initiatives for the students and staff. They are great community supporters and volunteers. They really care about the community and the children in our schools. -
