‼️EDIT‼️I was able to get my full deposit and pet deposit back. I was an excellent tenant and if you are a responsible tenant and take care of the property, they will refund your deposit. Thank you Kevin for helping me get my deposit back! I believe if you are a good tenant they will work with you so you too can receive your deposit when you move out.I wouldn’t even give them one star if I didn’t have to. I’ve been waiting on my deposit for 8 months. They tried to say I didn’t give them any notice I was moving out. That is a lie. I made improvements on that house without expecting my time or money back. I painted the cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom and put all new handles and hinges on all of the cabinets, changed the flooring in the kitchen, I swapped out all the outlets that were loose and/or broken and added new outlet covers and l installed illuminated light switches in the hallway, I put a new wax ring on the toilet because it was so loose, and l also repaired the damaged tiles in the shower. I added peel and stick wallpaper in the bathroom to hide the mismatched tiles on the bathroom wall. I went above and beyond my the expectations of a tenant. Why would I put all that effort into a house just to not tell them I was moving out??? I called her today (Friday) to follow up from my conversation with them on Wednesday and she asked me to give her until Monday to get back to me. I’ll update my review on whether they did the right thing or I’m taking them to small claims court for $129.00. Be very careful when renting from this company. DOCUMENT EVERYTHING and record conversations you have with them IF you want your deposit back when you move out without any hassle. I’ve included some before and after pictures. This company will try and keep your deposit if you don’t document and record everything.

Nice people. Theyre not letting anyone in the office. Everything dun at drive thru. Kinda neat. Never encountered havn to go thru a drive thru to tcb. Lol. Wen submitting applications need $30 application fee plus home deposit.

The best maintenance crew Ive had on a renting property. We had a new AC until put in our house by a local AC company and a few hours after they finished (after 5:00pm so they were closed) the AC turned off and wouldnt turn back on. I notified Dalzell and they sent someone to fix the issue (On a Saturday) with one of the fastest response times Ive seen.Highly recommended !!!!!
