Doug, was the manager of the property I leased in Fort Worth, I had circumstances change and was able to successfully get out of my lease early due to Doug’s team and efforts to find a new tenant within 2 weeks of my request. In addition to that he handled all matters related to the property immediately. To conclude, I was returned all of my deposit and treated fairly. I highly recommend any property Doug manages.

I met Doug online in April 2017 since we are a remote owner. Doug has been managing our rental house since then. It was a very nice experience.Doug has been very professional and effective all along. He apparently knows what he is doing. We just got a new tenant and lease within a few days of notification by the current tenant.Doug always listens and acts promptly on any request I have.We are so lucky to have such a dependable PM since we cannot come to the house ourselves.Highly recommend!Peter Yao

I use to own 3 rental properties in the Dallas-Fort Worth area between 2006 and 2021, and had unpleasant experiences with 3 prior property managers before selecting Dallas Property Mgt. My property managers name was Doug Furra. I took a chance with this company considering they charge only $79/mo. per property, less than my prior property managers. This turned out to be excellent value. Doug is very personable, honest, professional and very responsive. He would respond in, usually a few hours or less to any queries or concerns I had. He also did the same to the tenants so that they would not be inconvenienced or left hanging, and when they had difficulties such as with covid-19 or other matters, he would discuss with me and make recommendations which showed concern for the tenants and yet an obligation to the owner. When tenants moved out, it took no more than a month to get a new tenant, and sometimes even just 1-2 weeks. I received statements every 10th of the month with details included. I decided to sell all 3 properties this year, and Doug was fantastic in getting good value, charging only 1% on his part, and helping tremendously through escrow. I would HIGHLY recommend Dallas Property Mgt and specifically Doug Furra. Any landlord would sleep comfortably at nights knowing that their property is in good hands at an excellent rate.

I have been working with John and Doug since 2017. They manage one of my rental properties. I really like them. They are honest and responsible and their fees are reasonable. They are resourceful and know the market. They take care of the repair issues of my rental property for my tenants pretty promptly. They are polite and responsive and communicate well.
