*New resident leaving a review about my experience and will update in 6 months. *So far I only have great things to say about my experience. Management and Sonia in particular from day 1, viewing the apartments to signing a lease and moving in, have been wonderful. Communication was always very quick and so far any and all concerns upon move in were addressed within a timely manner. There are lots of cars and limited parking, but they were transparent about that from day 1 so I expected not to be able to park right in front of my door all the time. Neighbors so far have been friendly, happy families with no loud pets, music, or children even during the day. Overall for the monthly price, I am very happy with the one bedroom unit I am in. It was very well cleaned upon move in (see pictures attached) with little to no damages to anything. My first impressions are very high and I look forward to living here happily long term.

The apartments at cypress creek are clean and well maintained. The staff is wonderful especially Melissa she helped me with the move in process. She is lovely and always has a smile on her face. Also Victor from maintenance always gets the job done!! Highly recommend these apartments!

Highly recommend Cypress Creek Crossing apartments. Both office staff and maintenance are incredible people. Always ready to help you and take care of your needs. The location is perfect. The floor plans & amenities are excellent. Thank you Sonia for making my move in process so easy.

Been here for 2 years and just renewed for a 3rd. I normally dont stay at an apartment past 2 years but Cypress creek crossing apartments are an exception. Before you think this review is fake or made by the staff hear me out first. When I first moved in I had a few issues. Some of the outlets didnt work, I wasnt able to get internet because someone messed up the cable outlet. Those issues were quickly fixed. In fact whenever I submitted a maintenance request it was usually fixed with in a few days. The office staff is always prompt and accommodating. Everyone is always nice courteous and professional. Now there are children as one would expect in any community where residents have children. Can they be loud? Yes. But they are kids and kids are loud and love to play. Parking is 1st come 1st serve so depending on when you leave and come back from work or running errands will dictate your Parking situation. I havent had any trouble Parking since Ive been here. Now pests which is an important topic yes there are pests. I havent really had to many issues due to keeping my apartment clean using some store bought pest control products and having the pest control guy come by and spray in areas pests are known to congregate ill see maybe 1 or 2 every 1-2 weeks sometimes Ill go months without seeing any at all. If you buy roach killing powder with boric acid and line the perimeter of your apartment creating a barrier you will see less pests. Ive been using it for 2 years I reapply it every 6-8 months and it works. This community is definitely one you will want to check out.

I lived here for about a year and enjoyed my stay. There was great communication with me throughout entire application process and move in. Their phone lines are pretty busy, but if you email them they’re very quick to respond. Sonia was very attentive with any questions and concerns I would have.Parking is first come first serve and very limited spaces for visitors. Work orders are completed pretty quick and the office always follows up to ensure that everything was done properly.

With our nine years of stay in this apartment complex with my family, we can say that its not really perfect but we can tell that it was so wonderful for all of us. The staff are so nice and approachable. Debbie, the lady with a Miss Friendship award, Brenda, the ever ready to address our concerns, Heidi, the Manager whom she can be depended upon in times we need help with our entire stay there, and the Maintenance guys most especially Victor that even though I only met him in the pathway, reminding him of our need for maintenance, he was always giving time specifically if its emergency.Cypress Creek Crossing Apartments is already a part of our lives. We will never forget our happy days in this place. It was so amazing!To all of the members of the awesome staff ... THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING! We will never forget all of you! We will go there for a visit one of these days guys. WE LOVE YOU ALL!

This is my first time living in Houston, I’ve moved from Montgomery to Huntsville and then to Conroe, but hands down, this is the best place I’ve been so far. I’ve only been here a day, but I’ve been dealing with the management for 2 weeks and they are simply the greatest. Rent is cheap, the apartment is very nice, clean, hardly a roach problem and they do spray on fridays by request. I was told about the things I can request for the apartment for free (1 bed 1 bath upstairs.) Brenda and Debbie have been lovely and so kind! They even got me a welcome home gift! I’ll update the review should anything happen since I signed on for a 15 month lease, but everything has been laidout and understood, it seems like a wonderful place to live. Super excited to call this place my home!

I really enjoyed my stay hear. The management was awesome. Every time I needed something done in my apartment it was done in a timely manor. They always kept the residents notified of everything that we need to know!! Every time I walked into the office I was greeted with a smile. Always offered a cookie and or a beverage. My stay was very remarkable just like Ms. Debbie and Ms. Brenda. Thanks for everything u guys!!!!! I will miss u both very much. 😊❤️

I had the pleasure to be a part of the cypress community for almost 2 years. Units are nice, rent is decent, the maintenance team is efficient, and management is GREAT!! As with any other appartment complex, there are situations that must be addressed but if you do your part as a tenant then you can be sure management will do theirs. Everyone in the office is great but Id like to give a big shout out to Brenda and Miss Debbie who are always friendly and willing to help!! Thank you and God Bless❗❗❗❗

Cypress Creek Crossing Apartments are a great place to live. I have had no problems with the management and the maintance people are stellar. The front office even worked with me during the extreme events of Hurricane Harvey when rent was due. It is kid friendly and is awesome to live at. The other one star reviews on here are wrong as they do not know what it means to be friendly and are extremely critical of this gem in the rough. It is an old property it has its issues just as everything else does. I have never had a roach issue save once and that is because of a requested complementary big spray. Simply also I feel at home! The front office also is very friendly if you actually pay your rent on time and are nice to them.

I been here a full year now with no problems but I can say it was just one issue the parking do gets over crowded I wish we was able to pay for a parking spot cause I wouldn’t mind paying knowing I have a parking spot when I get off work and I would have renewed my lease as well but other than that I will be writing another review explaining how the move out went…

I (Shameka F-W) don’t know about everyone else but the first way someone treats you means a lot Melissa did everything in a timely matter and answered all questions not one question was a bad question if if I ask it twice cause I wasn’t sure if I asked it all ready her vibe alone was comfortable to be around the property manager came and talk to me and my son and I love the vibe you don’t feel that with everybody you come across but I definitely felt the strong positive energy…Thank you all for the gift as well my son Tre enjoyed it.
