    I have been renting a house through cw sparks since August of 2023.. let me just start off by saying.. I have nothing bad to say about this company, staff, or owner! They are all so amazing, and all such a HUGE help when you have any kind of issues with billing, maintenance, or just anything at all.     New to being a customer of CW Management as of February of this year. Although it wasnt the best time of year for people to get into a new lease, the company was able to find a qualified tenant to occupy our home. We worked with Jacqueline, who was very professional, easy to reach and communicate with, trustworthy, and reliable coming through on her word. Although we are sad to see Jacque leave for another opportunity, we trust that the same heart and posture will be had by the new representative to manage our property.

    Relocation is seldom an easy process. Jacqueline Ray-Soliz with CW Sparks helped us find a home to rent and has served as our property manager. Communication with her is timely and clear. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and an advocate for her clients. Her respect for the privacy of the owners she manages for as well as her tenants is admirable. Jackie has made the process of house hunting in a new, unfamiliar city to be smooth and successful for our family. We wholeheartedly recommend her services!

    I have had a great experience with CW Sparks since 2015. They have been my property management company, and I have always had professional service and communication. No issues that I can report on and specifically Jacqueline Ray-Soliz. She has been so responsive and always very helpful. Recently, my husband and I decided to even use the company and Jacqueline for selling our property. Our property had an offer by the end of the first week, which was awesome. Overall, I would recommend CW Sparks to anyone looking for a a property management company or an agent.

    Michelle Ramos at CW Sparks Management was able to help my family lease the perfect home without using a realtor. She was extremely prompt, always professional and kind, and very willing to invest in our situation and fight for our tenancy! Because of her, my family can finally settle into a safe neighborhood assigned to a great school district and establish roots. Our experience has been beyond satisfactory and we owe her a great deal! I would absolutely recommend working with Michelle!!

    Michelle Ramos was great help with the leasing process, the process actually went smoother than I had anticipated from previous conversations with other CW Sparks employees.     Jacqueline has been our Property Manager while we have been renting with CW Sparks and she is awesome! She has always been very understanding and accommodating anytime we have run into any issues. We are currently moving from our rental to our hopefully forever home, but would recommend Jacqueline to anyone.

    I enjoyed CW Sparks as my property management very responsive always on time. I had an issue with my AC unit it had went out. They had it fixed in less than 24 hours that showed me that they really cared. I could always call them with any questions concerns any text message or email was always responded to very easy payment arrangements. I would definitely recommend them to any family trying to rent at home and just want a easy-going…..

    Sparks has been wonderful to work with. As an owner, they are very professional and attentive. I have great tenants in all my properties that they have found, and are very competitive. Most of all, they have proven very trustworthy. They keep me up on all state requirements... even things I didnt know about. They work well with the local government. They are very quick to fix mishaps (as they will ALWAYS happen). They make my business so much easier!

    My husband and I love our property manager so much!! We had one when we had our old house a few years back who was very rude, never responding, and now we have Jacqueline Soliz. She’s so nice, has helped us through so much and is very understanding. If we try and contact her, she always makes time for us. She’s the best!!!!

    I can say that I have had nothing but a smooth and simple process with this company thus far. I have worked with Michelle Ramos out of the Dallas office and she has AWSOME customer service skills. She has definitely painted a beautiful picture for the company being that she would be the first impression(FACE OF CW SPARKS) of the company because she does the applications. My calls are always answered and or returned within a timely manner. I have not yet moved but I can definitely say the application process was smooth and I knew of my approval same day.     As an owner renting out a house, they have been excellent. Handling everything about finding tenants and handling all the maintenance. They provide convenient paperless monthly statements and make everything easy.Then when I decided to sell my house, they handled that as well. They managed the process, made great suggestions, and lined up all the needed repairs and work.They have been wonderful to work with and I cannot recommend them enough.

I had been looking for a home to lease for 2 months applied (paid application fee) for like 3 homes and shes the only one that actually took the time to call me and talk to me and helped through our approval process so fast...everyone else never called or took over 15days to do paperwork smh.     CW Sparks has managed my familys properties for decades, literally. My parents shifted to CW Sparks after an unsatisfactory experience with a different company and we have been working with them ever since. CW Sparks agents communicate with me regarding needs and make appropriate suggestions and advice. They give me helpful guidance when decisions need to be made regarding the properties, or explain requirements I may not be aware of. In my own area of town, I have seen CW Sparks acquire properties (which had been eyesores) and greatly improve them. Agents work with tenants and owners to resolve situations.

    CW Sparks Mgmt is the best property manager in the industry bar none. I own numerous houses in Dallas that they manage as well as houses in many other markets with other managers. Their customer service is top notch, they are good at selecting appropriate tenants, they are cost conscious but strive to provide a great product to our tenants. Any property owner who uses other managers is losing money and opportunity.

    Words cant describe how great this company has been so far. With most companies you hear back in a day or two. If you contact them during business hours expect to hear something back within 2 or 3 hours. Even the contractors that they use for work are 5 star individuals. If you can use them for your properties you and your renters will greatly benefit.

    Pretty good. I think people forget that the property owner and property manager are two different things. I couldnt find a better deal for the location and square footage. The property was newly renovated and, minus a few tweaks here and there, works out great for the foreseeable future.
