Hello and good morning, my name is Angela Hinkle and Ive lived at Magnolia Terrace apts Houston Texas since June 7th 2013 and Ive never been so happy and pleased on how my community has been changing for the better since we were blessed with a FANTASTIC NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM AND OWNERS!! When I first moved here in 2013 the community was a completely different place,it was just livable. Ì really felt uneasy being outside even during the day time and especially at night fall. My baby sister was already living here and I wanted to be close to her. I had just gotten divorced and I wanted to be close to my family. At the time the apartments were called Hartford Park and the manager was a complete mess with taking care of the community and their residents!!! You could really see that they didnt care about the community. So I believe if you dont care about your community how could they care for the people living in their community!! But now my MANAGEMENT TEAM ROCK!! I call JC the communitys manager, and Teana our assistant manager, they are my ROCKSTARS!!!! They not only do a REMARKABLE JOB taking care of the community but they take care of us there residents!!! Im so thankful and grateful for their hard work and DEDICATION to our community and the residents!! JC and Teana are always positive and smiling! You can really see and feel the difference between 2013 and today!! The community is looking FANTASTIC with all the remodeling of the buildings, our new dog park and playground area. When I get home from work everyday I feel happy to be home and I feel SAFE with our new security officer thats all in eye sight when Im pulling through the front gate!! So in a nutshell THANK YOU to JC and Teana for the HARD WORK you both do everyday!! And I call you both MY FRIENDS ❤ And thank you also Pinnacle Managment!! I love my apt at cashel spring they are so helpful Ive been here for 4yrs no problems,if I need anything fixed they are there
