The team at Crossroads have managed my 16 unit building since 2018. I have been very pleased the entire time and I live very far away. . They keep the building full and it’s well-maintained. Tammy has been helping with accounting the entire time and is excellent. Valerie is on top of keeping the units occupied; and Steve makes sure the building is in great shape. Their fees are fair as well. I highly recommend the whole team for your property management needs.

I had a very good experience with CrossRoads. All the staff were easy to work with and very friendly. Used the online request form for maintenance and they always responded quickly. Moving out, you are provided a checklist of what to prepare and if you follow it you will get your deposit back.

I have had several properties with Crossroads realty, both as a renter and owner. They have always worked to make the process as easy as possible and have been willing to help anytime I needed them. Their processes and communication have increased so much over the years. I never worry about the homes and know they are taken care of and kept in great condition.Steve is especially helpful. He provides an unparalleled level of service and support, ensuring the homes are in the best condition possible, continually exceeding the standards for our tenants, and when issues arise he responds quickly and effectively.We would not be able to maintain our properties without their expert help.

I have only good things to say about Crossroads Realty. Let me start by saying I am an owner and Crossroads manages my property. Since I live 1000 miles away it is great having a company that cares to manage all aspects of the property. Once notified by the renter, they communicate with me promptly, and they have access to any number of reputable, experienced contractors, who can get repairs started on a moments notice. They suggest needed improvement, so that as the property ages (as they all do) I can keep up with needed renovations, and replacements. It is good to have a company who cares as much as I do. Frankly, over the years, I have had a few renters that have left the place in not so great a condition. In these cases, Crossroads has acted quickly to get me estimates, find qualified resources to repair or clean and make the home available for someone who needs a fine place to live.As an owner, I would say this: For those of you who did not rate them well, remember that there are only some items of repair that they are required by law or code to do. For the rest, they notify the owner who may opt to fix or not. In some cases, your gripe is not with Crossroads, but with the person who owns the property. I am convinced that they will work with any owner to provide a property that someone would want to live in. I keep mine up in a condition where I would move into my own property tomorrow if I needed to. Crossroads helps me do that. Wonderful staff; great repair/maintenance management. I could not ask for more.

Me and my family have been renting from Crossroads almost a year. We are extremely happy. Anytime we call about anything, they are very nice, and very prompt with fixing things. I would recommend Crossroads to anyone looking for a nice home to rent. ❤️

I am frankly a bit taken back by there reviews. I own a property in Lawton that is managed by this company for the past 12 years. I have not had a single issue with them.Tenants: Here is some info that might help.If you call in a work request that will cost more than the property owner has authorized Crossroads to spend, they have to get permission from the owner. So if there is a delay, it’s likely on the part of the property owner, not the management company.I have received several of these calls from Steve at crossroads over the years and most of time the work request was submitted that day or the day prior. I, as the owner, have worked swiftly to ensure the problem is fixed with quality and timeliness so the tenant is not inconvenienced by “my property”. If this is your issue, it’s likely the owners fault.Crossroads does not get paid if the property is not rented. I’m having a hard time believing some of these comments. My property has not been vacant for more than a month during the entire time I’ve been with this company. So the comments regarding potential renters getting blown off are likely false.Deposits: As the owner, I expect my tenants to act like a full grown responsible adult and treat my property as if it is their own. if you do not get your entire deposit back it’s because you are expected to pay for the things you damage. It’s actually quite a simple concept.Thank you Valarie for all the amazing work you and your team have done for me over the years. It makes things so much easier knowing my property is in good hands.

I was very impressed with how responsive the staff was at Coldwell Banker. I rented from them and they were always quick to schedule maintenance and things done.They were also very courteous and respectful. I usually talked to Alyssa at the front desk and she was always very pleasant and well organized.I would recommend them if youre coming into town and looking for a rental.

Im shocked by the negative reviews! I absolutely loved renting from Coldwell! I loved all the office people and anytime something needed fixed, it was dealt with asap. We rented from them for 2 years and only moved because the owner looked into selling the home and we did not want to have to rush and move if he did. We received most of our deposit back in the mail within 30 days. We ended up with a private landlord this time and thats what is horrible lol So if Coldwell has what we are looking for, we will definitely rent thru them again. Keep in mind people post the negative but 99 percent do not post the positive. Im 7 months late doing this review because I just didnt think about it until I started house hunting and seen the bad reviews. So Im sure there is way more positive then negative with this company. I would give them 10 stars if it gave that option 😊

Ive never had any trouble with renting through them. Every issue weve ever had has been taken care of within a couple days. Its so convenient now that I can pay rent online and submit issues online too.

While relocating to Lawton/Fort Sill, we contacted just about every realtor in Lawton looking for a place to live. Crossroads was by far the most pleasant to deal with, and the most accommodating to our specific needs. Sarah, the associate who assisted us in our search, was consistently professional and helpful. She has great communication skills, and if I asked a question over email, I knew I could count on a quick and accurate response. She was down to earth and refreshingly honest about the rentals we were inquiring about. I would warmly recommend Crossroads to anyone looking for housing in the Lawton area, especially Military Families.Some of the ways in which they were accommodating to our Military lifestyle were:-Willingness to ask homeowners about non-standard lease lengths-Offering to do a virtual/video tour of the property-Offering to do lease paperwork electronicallyI cannot guarantee that they will always hold these practices, but I certainly hope they do- they are doing everything right!
