We had our kitchen sink clogged and backed up on Memorial Day. Casey came out today and did everything he could to fix the issue. He knew exactly what the issue was after we explained what we had attempted to do to resolve the issue before we emailed the company. He knew the clog was not in the sink but someplace else. He returned to the office to get more extensive equipment to help the issue possibly. It was after 5 pm when he returned, and he did everything possible until almost 6 pm. He explained the next step was for them to call a plumber to fix the issue. He put my family at ease when he described the process throughout and gave us peace of mind with the plumber coming out to resolve the issue at no cost to us. Casey remained professional throughout and was very positive, polite, and very knowledgeable. We have had some great interactions with all the maintenance team at CrossPointe. Casey thank you again for being so professional 👏.

We bought our first of three rental homes in 2016. I am so glad we trusted Crosspointe to manage them all. The tenant applicant screening process is thorough to assure best results for the owners. In the rare occasions a lease was not renewed they strive to prep and market it in a few days resulting in continued income hassle free. We found everyone in the office to be very courteous and professional valuing our customer satisfaction.

Ezekiel Ocampo was a life savior to our family,we had a leak in our bathroom ceiling we had been waiting on the other maintenance guy to come fix it and he never came nor did he call us and when I text the other guy, he told me he was on holiday and to just get a bucket, that is not OK, so thank God Ezekiel came through and brought us an ac unit to keep us cool until next week when the other maintenance guy decides to come do his job!!!!Thank you so much Ezekiel your a God send.

Crosspointe Management has been awesome. I recently renewed my lease with a new property management company (Crosspointe,) and they’ve been so great. I’ve been working with Mikaela, and had some issues locating old lease information that showed that we had a dog living with us. Mikaela took the time out of her day to do some digging and speak with management, and they ended up waving our pet deposit and pet rent for the remainder of our lease. It’s hard to find such great customer service, and even harder to find someone like Mikaela whose willing to go out of there way to help you. Mikaela is the real deal and I can tell she goes above and beyond in all of her work. Thanks Mikaela and Crosspointe!

Microwave went out, faucet in kitchen leaked and blinds were old they were coming apart. Did maintenance request. Seth came out and checked it out. I have to give a shout out to James, maintenance supervisor for taking care of properties and tenants. I don’t think he gets the recognition he should. I called him with a problem that was going on a while. He sent a professional and within thirty minutes they had the issue resolved. He is so appreciated. I am temporarily renting a beautiful modern apartment in Lindale, with Crosspointe as property manager. Victoria and James in the main office have been consistently welcoming and responsive. Gary in maintenance is dedicated and a great problem solver. While I’ve had very few issues, recently my keypad entry failed and I could not enter my apartment. I called Gary, who responded immediately, even though it was a weekend. He drove into town to assist me and communicated with me afterward to make sure all was well. Gary additionally informed management on Monday morning. Being locked out of my home on the weekend could have been stressful, but Gary’s compassion and dedication saved the day!

We had some water liking under our kitchen sink, and it was just a twist loose in it, and maintenance came very quickly and fixed it. As a lessee you have your own responsibilities of course, and if you pay you rent on time and all kind of stuff you will be good to go.The rent might be little pricier, as they say you pay what you get for, and it is worth it with this management. Excellent “landlords”. This is a very attentive team focused on their customers. We have rented from this fine organization for roughly three years now and we have seen it all. From aging home infrastructure problems to straight up natural disasters; aside from some unfortunate miscommunications, this team had been attentive to our needs, quick to respond and capable of protecting the homeowners interests AND the wants and needs of the tenants.
