    Where do I start? It was love at first sight when I arrived at the Crossings. The weather was beautiful, you could hear the sound of laughter in the air, you could see the joy on the faces of the residents and especially their children. Ofcourse the women I met in the office were welcoming and kept that energy even till now. Here I found not just an apartment but a home. Everyday Im happy to come home. And the best thing about here is theyre different and I can see the growth. Its a great time to be apart this neighborhood. Im so glad I am.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Aurora Chavez and Wendy Zepeda from the very beginning of my leasing process they have been very helpful and knowledgeable and responsive to all my concerns. They made my entire experience enjoyable, going above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way I come here to say thank you.

    *2yr+ update*A good manager can make or break an apartment complex, regardless of who owns it. Ive experienced both good and bad, and in the case of The Crossings on Walnut Hill, our manager (Wendy) is great. She goes out of her way to care for and clean up after the community, runs an after-school program for the kids, and hosts occasional parties and movie nights for the complex. And while she gets the credit for what happens around here, for better or worse, she ultimately seeks the best for the residents while enacting the will of the higher-ups. I can say first hand that shes helped us out a handful of times and I believe we arent the only ones.As for my opinion on the complex itself, my family and I moved here over 2 years ago because the complex was relatively affordable and homely. Very shortly after arriving, however, The Crossings got bought out and rapidly began changing. While some of these changes have been nice, they ultimately resulted in significantly higher monthly rates, which is what we were trying to avoid.What it is now: The complex is now painted with modern colors, all units have/are being updated, the pool gained a barbecue and awnings, and the courtyard now has fake turf, pickleball, and a few other outdoor games and seating. The parking lot has also changed, gaining enclosures for the dumpsters, paid covered parking, and most recently, mandatory visitor parking.As for the residents, there seems to be a large variety of ethnicities represented here as well as families young and old. And a lot of smokers. But most people are nice, and Wendy is doing a great job of bringing people together.While weve had our ups and downs with the transitions, its possible things are beginning to settle down, and while I wouldnt have recommended this place during the changes, I know that it has become a place that many could now appreciate. And again, Wendy has been a big part of making that transition tolerable, which is a tall order, to say the least.

    As a customer, it was my misunderstanding of the situation that I was in, but the manager and the front desk her name is Wendy and Aurora help me solve the issue. It is my fault but they are great when you meet them. I love living here. They welcome me like my own family so thank you very much. I give them five stars.

    Dalyiana Hernandez is awesome her customer service is beyond what you expect from a leasing agent. The maintenance staff / manager is very friendly I’ve had 2 small work orders, and they were taken care of immediately. My move-in day was a bit dramatic, but as a customer I was very understanding of issues happening. Sometimes screaming and yelling at the customer Service representative is not the best solution It’s not always heir fault sometimes it’s out of their hands. Everything is remodeled on the new apartments, super clean. I am on my 3rd Month at Crossing on Walnut Hill, and I am very happy.

    Ive lived at the crossings over ten years its a quiet friendly clean complex. The Office staff is friendly and helpful and maintenance staff respond quickly and very professional while repairing any problems. Its very family friendly and residents are charming and polite.

    I have been living here for about 2 months now and its nice and quiet! Very clean and the grounds are kept very neat. They are very friendly and the apartments are spacious. Our pool is always clean and the maintenance staff is quick and efficient. I would recommend this place to anyone.

    My biggest complaint is that you share a water heater with one of your neighbors! The laundry center smells like crap and steals your money so I just go to a laundry mat down the street when I need to. Other than that, the staff is friendly and I enjoy living here. Maintenance is fast so any problem Ive ever had was resolved quickly.

    This is my first apartment. Been here since Valentines Day 2015 and I love it here! Upstairs neighbors not so quiet and stomp all day and night but everything else is wonderful

    Geil & Michelle are the best! The ONLY reason I left was due to the military, I would recommend this place to everyone looking for a quiet place, with little to no drama. Also VERY pet friendly :-)

    I have been living in these apartment for a couple years. Wendy is an amazing property manager and is nice with the tenants. Anything I need help with she does. Definitely worth living here and love the remodel to the apartment as well.
