    I was very impressed with the customer service provided by Anum at Crest Management. I had to apply for and needed the Architectural Review Committees approval for my roof replacement very, very quickly which I thought I would not be able to get in time, if not for Anums remarkable coordination skills. She pleasantly answered all my calls, patiently addressed my requests and concerns and promptly coordinated with the review committee through several backs-and-forths until I got my approval.     No one like to receive a note from their HOA. After receiving a Trim Your Tree note from my HOA I knew I had to get it done. Knowing my tree truly needed to be trimmed I had to get quotes because it was going to be a big job. I let Emily at Crest management know what I was doing and that I was not just ignoring the note. She was great to work with and let me know to just keep her informed. Once the job was complete I followed up with Emily to let her know. Her response was positive and my tree will look great for the next few years. Thanks Emily for giving me the time needed to complete your request.

    Crest Management Company took over the maintenance of our Lake Shore community. They have being quiet responsive to all the service request we asked for. we had issues in getting are Eztags in their computer system. Although it took them couple of months, it wouldnt have being resolved if it were not for Ms Aleisha M. help.See was very responsive, patient and perseverant to get this resolved. Crest access device department were not able to successfully add the Eztags. But she never gave up and entered our Eztags some other way and it worked.Without her help and support we wouldnt have being be able to enter our gated complex using Eztags.We do appreciate all the effort and work Ms Aleisha M, put in to resolve our Eztag issue.Thank YouJ Attaar

    I have been a resident of Grayson Lakes for almost 7 years. During that time i have had the opportunity to communicate with CREST for several HOA required interactions. My experience has always been that of a professional dialogue between the HOA and myself. Just recently I had to store a boat in my driveway for a short period of time. Not my first option to do so however given the circumstances it was my only choice. I reached out to Emily /Assistant Manager at CREST and explained the situation and she was very supportive and did let me know that the rules prohibited recreation vehicle storage and did follow up with a notification to have the boat moved on or before the date we had agreed upon. Happy to say the boat has since been relocated and no longer in violation of the rules. Sometimes we say its better to beg for forgiveness than ask permission Not in this case. Contacting at Emily CREST and getting alignment was the correct path. Thank you, Emily, for your understanding and collaboration. Greatly appreciate.George

    As a homeowner in Ashford Grove, I have had the pleasure of working with Juan S at Crest Management when I need more time to cure my homeowner violations. I am a special education teacher, and I dont normally have a lot of time or money to hire outside contractors to remedy my violations. So I have to do all the work myself when I get a violation. I also have a chronic illness that tends to make things more difficult when I have to do the work. Juan S has always been very patient and understanding when I need more time for my DIY repairs.     I had a very good experience with Crest Management, AAMC. We got a courtesy notice to ask removing a fallen tree. Due to the saw broken, the handyman didnt finish the work on time. I called HOA office, and left a message after business hour. I also sent an email. The second day, Juan who is a community assistant manager called me back, and emailed me back also. I didnt imagine that I could get response that quick. He gave an extending time to solve the problem. In addition, we had to submit an application form for replacing the fence. Juan sent me the email to guide us how to register online, how to get the form to fill out. He is a reliable and responsible HOA manager. I had a lot of experiences with HOA manager before, but he the best one that I ever met.

I submitted three Exterior Modification Request applications which takes approximately 30 days to approve. Due to the pandemic, my contractors would not commit to any jobs 30 days out in fear of a city shut down. Hanah assisted me with my applications, i.e reviewing photos, submitting documents that would not upload via the web and expediting the reviews. My applications were quickly approved, the jobs scheduled and completed. Now Im enjoying my new roof, fence and freshly painting house.     We received a violation letter this week to bring the landscaping up to standards. Our stone boarder around the front flowerbed isnt level. We needed more time to accomplish the repair. Jill R was quick and polite with her response and granted an extension.of time. Beware if you want to try this kind of project yourself. Each stone weighs 22 lbs and the prep to level the ground isnt easy.

    Our HOA made the decision to transition from self-management to a management company a little over 2 years ago. We received proposals from 3 different management companies. After meeting with Bill Higgins, we were confident that the HOA would be in good hands with Crest Management. As a board member, I have enjoyed working with Dana our community manager. She is very knowledgeable and has provided valuable guidance during our transition. Dana keeps board members informed and requests our input/approval before implementing new procedures. The Crest portal is a great tool for homeowners and board members. The transition to management by Crest has been a positive experience. I look forward to working with Crest Management and Dana for many years.

    The past two neighborhoods I lived in were both managed by different groups in Crest Management and both were adequately managed. I prefer email communications and each time I brought up a point or asked for a service I got the response in a very short time. My most recent request was responded by Jill R. in less than 2 hours and problem was solved right away.
