    I did a walk through of these apartments with Mercy today and I was blown away! She was well prepared and straight forward with all her answers. The apartment I toured was in great shape and has a wonderful view of the double tiered pool. Im really looking forward to joining the community.

    Great amenities - big pool and decent sized gym with various equipment. Apartments are not old and the staff is very kind and responsive. All my maintenance requests were answered in a timely manner. Good location as well - easy to get to the nearest plaza and the nearest highway. Prices were the best when I last checked. Great place overall!

    Lovely place! Feels just like home whenever you walk into the clubhouse/office. The staff is super friendly and helpful! Mercy the manager is also very helpful with her quick response time to any questions I had!

    I’ve been here a little over 3 years now and we’ve enjoyed it so far. Staff is friendly, especially Fern :) and maintenance usually take care of work orders in a timely manner. The dog parks have trash bags for clean up which is nice, however I do wish there were more bag stations around the property. Gym is nice and well kept! Pool could use some work. The construction around us is a pain in the butt, however that’s nothing the property can control.

    Teresa is amazing she was really involved and communicative throughout my move in process. The maintenance staff is always willing to assist and they are super quick to respond to any issues. The property is well kept and reasonably priced. The neighborhood is also pretty quiet but is conveniently located near restaurants, activities, shopping, and grocery stores. There is 24-hour access to the gym on site and is never super crowded. I am always able to find convenient parking near my apartment.

    We are Resident here since 10 months. Leasing office people are so friendly & also any maintenance are being attended promptly & professionally. Environment is maintained clean including trash & Common places like Swimming pool & GYM. Always I get the parking spot without difficulty in front of my building. I use Gym and the equipments were clean & maintained well by both Administration & other residents. Overall Our experience is fantastic so far, continuing to enjoy living here.

    Friendly office staff. Great response time from the maintenance team. Gym is always clean and never crowded. Pet Friendly. Love my 1 bed with wood-burning fireplace in the winter!

    Fern is amazing. The front office has a completely different demeanor now that there’s new staff & the maintenance team is prompt & considerate. I’ve lived here going on 4 years & I’ve never had any issues w/ my neighbors. If you have guest, register their vehicles! I wish they had the hot tub still, it’s been filled in. Tear. If you’re considering Creekside, it’s a great place to live.

    Born and bred Austinite here! Disregard anything negative about this place. This is by far the best place I’ve ever lived. Property is well kept, dog parks are clean, the pool is beautiful, maintenance is 100% to the rescue, and the staff is very respectful and friendly!The gym is also really clean and neighbors are really nice. I literally have not one complaint about this place. We love it here!

    I love living at Creekside on Parmer Lane. I moved in last Fall and have had only positive experiences. The office staff has been excellent and have been available to answer my questions and help me navigate through the process of getting situated in a new place. The maintenance staff has been very helpful and quickly take care of any issues I have had with the apartment. I plan to stay here for a very long time and recommend this complex to everyone seeking an apartment.

    The office staff is amazing from the start. They help you find the right home for you. The maintenance team is quick to fix any problems that come while living here. Fern in the front office was the best person to go on tour with, had a blast with her!!

    From the 8 months I been living in these apartments I have never been disappointed! I am very happy to stay in apartments where they really care about the community. The property manager Mercy is supportive and is always willing to help with any questions that I have, as well a Terressa , thank you guys for always being polite & helpful . Maintenance Issac is always on top of things! Thank you for the good work!

    I waited to write my review after a full year of living here and I have to say that all the staff is always helpful and friendly from the manager Mercy all the way to the leasing agents. The maintenance staff is always real professional with the work that they do when you talk to them you see that they care about the community. From what I have seen is that the gates are always being hit constantly from other people driving in the wrong way so that’s why they are constantly open I have seen it right in front of me. The pool stays open and gets cleaned every day from what I see. And I never had trouble with the towing company I know that I make sure my GUEST register their car so we wouldn’t have any problems. Over all I will keep on living here because the staff are the ones that make my home, home.

    First of all, I would love to say that the staff here are awesome!!! The view from our 3 floor is amazing!!! You get the morning sun and warmth. I also love that the apartment includes a washer and dryer!!! So much space and I love how the rooms separated. The living area is open concept which I love to be able to see from the kitchen while I am cooking.Thank you again Teresa, Tiffany, Fern and Mercy.

    Hi! I’m a resident at creekside on Parmer LN. been here for a few months already and ever since me and my partner have moved in , they have been so helpful and understanding to our wishes. They communicate with me every time I’ve had questions or concerns. And are always so polite to me and my partner. The apartments are pretty nice, only thing I can say is sometimes the gates are stuck or completely broken but they always end up fixing it up! And the pool is perfect for summer coming up!

    Ive been living at Ceekside for a little over a month now and I have to say 5 stars all the way. I can say this because living here is just the Icing on the cake for me. Moving is a hassle but moving states is hell.Throughout my entire journey of moving from Florida to Austin for work, there have been trials, but the one beacon of hope...the one ray of sunshine has been the entire staff of Ceekside on Parmer Ln. One person in particular.it took me over a year after visiting Austin to decide on where to live. I would ask if anyone is planning to move in, just have a conversation with Fern. She has been one of the most attentive, kind and unbelievably accommodating people I have ever worked with professionally.The amenities that Creekside provides are also in my opinion, 5 star. The gym is well maintained and the pool area is perfect for a hang out with friends or just entertaining. The parking is plentiful as well as there is assigned parking. This feels like home and not just a place to hide away from the world.Fern is extremely knowledgeable about a lot especially the really good places to find what you need as well as ask her about the food trucks close to the area :). I cant say enough about my experience living here and about Fern. Her hospitality and willingness to make sure each of her residents feel at home is precisely why I moved in.Thank you Creekside staff and Thank you so much Fern for making the decision such an easy and clear one for me.

    CreekSide is an amazing property, clean very well kept. Awesome Awesome office staff the ladies are friendly, helpful, polite, ready to lend a helping hand in any request and/ questions residents may have. Maintenance staff are kool, do a great job fixing and keeping units up to par. The guys are super nice as well.🙂

    Going in to tour these apartments was a great experience! Not only is the property itself very family-friendly and quiet, the staff are the cherry on top! They really set the mood for their residents and that much was obvious to me during the tour when they treated my little 3 year old with the upmost sweetness and attention. Shoutout to those who helped us specifically: Teresa, Fern and Tiffany. ❤️

    Ive been living at Creekside for a few years now. Like most other complexes in the area, this complex went through a lot of stuctural problems during snowmageddon and got some bad reviews. IME, the staff and management were always supportive and did what they could. Aside from snowmageddon, The staff are always helpful and polite, the management is responsive, and the maintenance team is out quickly and are thorough and professional, and thats really hard to find. The units are quite nice, spacious, and have great natural light, and the grounds are spacious and clean. Great place to live.

    Me and my best friend love our new apartment! It’s a great way to start our new year! The office staff is very welcoming & makes you feel at home. The assistant manager Erica is our favorite person in the office so far. 🥰 Last but not least the view is amazing!

    When I lived there it was awesome. Great space and was an awesome time living as a bachelor. The balcony space was great. You do have some good ol boys shooting in the farm in the back but nothing dangerous.

    Great maintenance dept!!!! says a lot about the place. although the buildings are settling, its all in all a good place to live. just dont leave packages on your doorstep, porch pirates are bad.

    Apartment community is nice and quiet. Neighbors are friendly. I’ve never had an issue with staff or management while I’ve been living here, they’re actually very nice to work with and my requests or anything I reach out for usually gets responded to quickly. Only reason it’s not a 5 star is lack of ground maintenance not being taken care of as far as pool and community cleanliness. Other than that living at Creekside has been great for me and my family!

    Lived at Creekside for a full year! Had absolutely NO ISSUES with my apartment and WHOLE staff was always very friendly. Pools need to be closed sometimes for cleaning and gym was always open for me to use so not sure what the “amenities are always closed” reviews are about. Clean grounds, and friendly neighbors! I would definitely suggest Creekside on Parmer Lane to my friends and family. 😃

    Current management and maintenance teams are amazing! Through the craziness of the winter weather, power and water issues, they have really knocked it out of the park! We have received daily updates via email, they have provided clean drinking water, pizza, hygiene supplies, and truly care about making sure everyone is taken care of! Worlds above any other apartment management Ive dealt with.

    12/31 update: Tiffany from the front office did a great job of reaching out recently in regards to this and a few undelivered packages!12/20 update: changed to 4 stars as someone hit my car overnight while parked. Unfortunately there are no cameras in the entire complex and management didn’t offered any assistance.10/1 review: Great balcony with a view, maintenance is quick and efficient, and ample parking available. I do wish the pool and gym were open for more hours during the day. Great ladies (Meredith and Rosemary) at the front office to help answer any questions.

    My husband and I toured the property today with Shannon, she is so down to earth and upfront!! Beautiful grounds, very well maintained, our son fell in love with the pool! I liked the fitness center and dog spa, great perks to have! No mess dog baths +++ the units are gorgeous, brand new appliances amazing views! Needless to say we turned our application in immediately! P.s. the soaker tubs and stand alone showers are both huge!!! Great property! If all goes well we will be leaving our house in Austin and enjoying the resort lifestyle in 3 weeks!

    Wow!! Checked out these apartments today for the first time and they are awesome!! Everything is brand new and the community looked clean. I got a tour from Juliet (Leasing Agent) and she was very helpful and professional! She answered all of my questions and showed me two different apartments. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, new, and clean community in the North side of town!

    Nice apartment with knowledgeable staff. We were working on a tight timeline as we were moving from another city. Shanna worked out a make ready for us in order to accommodate our arrival date. We didnt have to sleep in a hotel and she made the move a little easier on all of us.

    I work down the road from these apartments and my husband and I are currently trying to build a home but our current lease is up, looking for a short term option, I popped in on my lunch break to check prices and see what they had available and Juliette was so helpful, informative and so professional! The property is beautiful, they are brand new and the option for a yard with dogs, is amazing! I highly recommend this property for short or long term leases! Ask for Juliette!

    I have been working with James and he is absolutely amazing and on top of his game. He doesnt give up and he is super pleasant to speak with.     The aparments are nice. I will hava to say that unit we were staying, the space imlnside is very reduced. So if you have lots of stuff, they will not fit inside the aparments. Closet are very very small.Get rid off the trash concierge, is not good for the building.

    Best place ever! Everyone who gave this place a low star probably don’t know how to read a lease agreement. The staff is very easy to communicate and the staff is very polite and patient. I hope the spa gets fix though (rip)
