My husband was relocated with his job to Kentucky and looking at homes while I was trying to sell ours 3 states away was incredibly hard to say the least. We looked at the one from Cozy Castles and called to inquire. From the first phone call to the day we signed papers was so very easy and Ian worked with us through all of it. After 25 years in one home and moving three states away was so quick that my head kept spinning! Ian was such a help and put us at ease, that it made the move incredibly easy instead of a hard situation. We were able to look at the home both online and in person we were able to do our deposits. Ian kept us informed as we kept him informed of everything that was going on, Ian worked so well with us. I cannot imagine what would’ve happened or we would be at right now if it wasn’t for his help and for his patients, who knows. We greatly appreciate everything he’s done and we are completely in love with our new home!. Ian has been an absolute blessing!
