I lived in an older building for 4 years while it was managed by Matt so it naturally had some issues pop up from time to time. Matt was always responsive when something did happen and had his team out to fix or help within 24 hours or even the same day depending on the issue. His team of repair guys are super nice/professional and are always quickly in and out.

I was interested in getting into my first rental property for a couple of years so I finally reached out to Matt a few months ago to ask for assistance in buying a rental house in the Oak Cliff neighborhood. He sent me the contact of a great investor friendly realtor who helped me close on a deal. In addition, Matt toured the property while it was under contract and let me knew what aspects and repairs I should focus on in order to get the most rent for the neighborhood. After closing on the deal, and a couple of weeks of repairs, Matt had the house rented within a week after I gave him the keys, and for much more rent than I thought was possible. Matt is very professional, extremely knowledgeable about the property management industry and the neighborhoods where he rents, and best is super responsive. I highly recommend!

I am grateful for Matt at Cousin James to be managing my property. He took it over when occupancy was heading in the wrong direction at the beginning of the global pandemic. He quickly managed to get us back to 100% occupancy. Repairs are handled quickly and efficiently and at very reasonable prices. I could not be happier with their performance.
