I feel more secure and at peace now with 24/7 security patrolling around the complex, the ability to call and report any issues directly to the person on duty, and resident-only access to the gate. Leasing associate Jessica Martinez takes quick action to resolve any problems and address concerns.

This place is great management is great I haven’t seen Perla in a minute but I like living here the only thing is the mail situation me and my bf have ordered a lot of packages and not received most of them I think either people or kids are literally tearing up the mail boxes we ordered a doorbell camera clothes and other expensive things that were stolen . We can’t get our mail because either kids or someone is stealing and trashing the mail area we called the office before about it but no response I don’t feel comfortable ordering just because of this reason . Other than that great place

My son will be moving in Aug 1st.The management were extremely nice and helpful, it looks nice and I will update once hes been there a while if anything changes.Update: My son renewed his lease and is still happy here, the rent is cheaper than most and they now have new owners so some upgrades were done. Any repairs needed have done quickly and efficiently. Its a nice size apartment for the price.

Very friendly environment! The leasing office is a big help always when needed, the manager Mayra always goes out of her way to satisfy us here at the community even on her days off! Everyone here is friendly and looks out for one another! Costa Mesa is the BEST!

Had a great experience with the ladies from the leasing office. Perla was so nice and helpful with the information she gave my husband and I. Mayra the manager explained very well what we need to be able to lease here. We are definitely coming back to lease in April.

These apartments are very comfortable to live. It’s very quiet and clean. I recommend to everyone. The new maintenance was fast at completing my request and didn’t make any mess. Absolutely love everything about Costa Mesa!. ❤️Upgrade units are breath taken, Spacious floor plans, Great leasing consultants an property manager was beyond helpful an every bit of amazing. Quick maintenance services!!. Which matters to me, shows me not only that I am only a tenant but I matter unlike many experience I’ve had in the past properties I’ve lived in. Love the convenience of access to major freeways, entertainment etc. I moved in over a month ago an love it here, wouldn’t want to call anywhere else home 🏡Thanks Costa Mesa!

The application process was easy and they really worked with me.They worked with my move in date and made sure everything was done and ready for when I moved in. This complex is very quite, family oriented, you will see a couple kids riding bikes outside. They have private security that comes out every so often, which makes me feel safe.They are very quick to fix any issues and send a text/email after the issue has been taken care of. They have made updates like leasing office upgrade and new security measures. The complex isntt big which is a good thing to me. The complex is located very close to shopping centers and restaurants. I hope the rest of my lease is as good as it has been so far.

Love living here. The management here are outstanding. The apartments have been updated with new appliances and new floors.The grounds are very clean. But the main thing I love about this property We are treated like FAMILY and not just a resident.

Very good experience. Olga the manager is the one who helped us and was very professional. Since we arrived, Mayra, the assistant, has also helped us a lot with our questions and helps with anything we need. The best place to live, apart from that you dont have to go out into the street to go to school, your child can walk through the patio door that connects directly to the kindergarten and elementary school. Everything is very close and very good attention to residents. You will feel truly at home.

I give these apartments 4 stars. The truth is, Ive been here for 3 years. I understand when a lot of things happen around us, its not a problem of the administration, but with whats inside, they are owing to our community. They always try to make many excuses saying that they are changes in administration, what they do is change personnel, it is easy for them to have the responsibility to comply with the contract, but when one goes to complain about a situation, they make many excuses, they are incapable of being able to resolve it, and I say this to improve because that is what we want it to improve I love the place, I am very comfortable but it has cost me comfort. Sometimes I feel like they have wanted to take me out of my apartment when they charge me more and more things without need, every time they make a change they charge me and come out with the story that the administration previous I leave them like this, they are always like this, they never say why the charge has been, that is unfortunate knowing that with this crisis that we are experiencing with all these increases, one does everything possible to not have any outstanding balance and it turns out that every month they raise it something for rent and thats not fair but that It doesnt leave me with a bad taste. I would like to stay here for many more years. My contract ends this month but they dont give me a choice and I know that if I leave today, someone else comes in tomorrow, but the solution is to maintain the community no matter how long I live here. What should matter is giving priority to the people who with so much effort we pay on time and here we live for a long time in the same place and we do not give problems to the community or the administration and in any case I do recommend this place even though I no longer I have a contract and even if I dont stay in this place I recommend it to you because within the community it is very nice with a swimming pool and a small recreation space for our children. If it hadnt been for my childrens studies I would never have left, everything is close around the corner, they are also remodeling everything, I like it because I have my friends there, in relation to cars I like the order no one should. be there with your cars if you are not registered, A good tenant makes a good owner or a good owner makes a good tenant. I must mention that I have never had problems in places where I have lived, neither with neighbors nor owners. I personally recommend Costa Mesa apartments. It is a good place. to live.. its my opinion..
