I have been with the Core Spaces since 2019 and have worked with other Management groups in the past. I can honestly say that CoreSpaces is like no other. Each and every person takes pride in their work, the culture of the company, and tunes into the amazing values that we hold. I am grateful to work among such talent and blessed to have a strong support system that continues to grow each day in our people-first company. I have been working for Core Spaces for about 2 years now, and I have loved working here since day 1! I am the Executive Assistant/Office Manager for our Austin Corporate Office, and everyone here is absolutely amazing and hard working. The company culture is definitely one of the many things I love about Core. Everyone is open to new ideas, and they are great team players. I am constantly learning and always asked to give my take on things. Core Spaces is an incredible company to work for!

I have been with Core Spaces for over a year and a half now as an Assistant Property Manager at Hub Lexington. The company is like one big family and I always feel like a valued member of the team. One thing Id like to point out is how the company set up a Mindfulness program for us to be a part of if we so chose. Core is constantly looking for ways to change the game and make the experience at our properties even better. I am very thankful to be a part of the Core Spaces family.

Its the small things at Core that make their culture as inviting and friendly as possible. I have been fortunate enough to work with Core Spaces for over two years. Even as a site partner, I feel valued and supported by management, corporate teams and other site teams. Hard work does not go unnoticed, people are quick to give shout outs where they are deserved. Both on-site partners and the corporate team will always go above and beyond in training, team development, apartments, etc.

I have been with Core Spaces for five years. Prior to starting with Core, I had wanted to get out of the industry. My prior experience before Core was less than ideal. But since starting with Core, I have seen what real teamwork is about. Core Spaces has built a positive, supportive, and team oriented culture that is way more than just checking off some culture boxes. The top leadership is truly engaged with employees at all levels of the company. Core listens to the feedback of employees to continue to refine and evolve the culture, the policies, and the overall working environment. At Core Spaces, I feel like my contribution is recognized in so many ways. When we struggle, we struggle as a team and we support and lift each other up. We then, as a team, work together to see how we can improve. We are open, honest, and most importantly, respectful of each other. I have been with Core Spaces since 2017 and cannot imagine being anywhere else. Aside from the amazing buildings, products, and the experience that is provided to our tenants as well as employee/partners, it is the Core Spaces culture that truly sets this organization apart from others. Core truly cares for their staff and it shows every single day.Weird to say, but I look forward to Mondays as I have the opportunity to work with amazing, compassionate, intelligent, and driven individuals on the daily.

I have been an ambassador in State College for Core Spaces since March and I have nothing but great things to say about this company! Having a building in State College was so new to Core when I first joined and I am so happy I got to be a part of it from the beginning. Everyone at Core is so helpful to all of the ambassadors, and makes our jobs so much easier with all of their assistance. Someone is always there if you have any questions, and they respond in asap. I can’t wait to continue this ambassador journey and see where this company will take me!

I started with Core and The Canyon Apartments a little over a year ago. I was a VP and traveled and realized I worked for a company where I was a number not a person. I hit the reset button. I reviewed Student Housing Companies and decided who I wanted to work for and not. I created a vision board and sought out Core. After 7 months of communicating with them it finally happened and the rest is history. It has been a wonderful experience where talent and teamwork is the norm. Love it!

Been with CoreSpaces for almost a year , have been in student housing for about 5 years. Worked with two prior management teams and they dont hold a candle to CoreSpaces. Ive enjoyed how they communicate and connect with their properties on a daily basis. You dont feel like your left in the dark because they really do care about the success of each and every onsite teams.
