My wife and I have lived here for a year now. The community here is wonderful. All of the tenants are so friendly and the neighborhood and complex are so peaceful and well maintained. The management here is the absolute best I’ve experienced. The ladies in the front office are always nice and willing to make sure requests are taken care of in a timely manner. The maintenance team is on top of absolutely every part of this complex. From making sure every single light is working to spraying the weeds in the rock beds. They are very prompt with maintenance requests as well. I would whole heartedly recommend Copper Canyon to anyone I know that is looking for a better place to live. The management here IS the difference!

I moved in these apartments in 2016 and, moved out briefly in 2019 but returned December 2019. Since I have lived in the State of Texas this is the only home that I know. I love the fact that it is extremely clean and maintenance is on point. I love all of the renovations that they have done to the buildings and carports. The landscape has gotten so much better. I truly feel safe here and it is so convenient location, I have access to everything. I truly appreciate Ms. Nancy and Mrs. Nelly for an amazingly awesome job that you continue to do. Absolutely loved living here. The management and maintenance were always helpful and super friendly. The best customer care and service you could ask for from an apartment complex. The pool and community is great and they are steady making the atmosphere and living experience better. Best apartment complex I have ever lived in by far!

Ive lived here for 14 years. It only gets better and better. The management is superb. The ladies in the office are so nice. They take such good care of the residents. They go out of their way to help no matter what. They are such a joy to deal with so professional . The maintenance is wonderful . They come out at a moments notice and fix it in a minute. I cant think of any other place Id want to live. No crime Peaceful. Best decision I ever made.

I have lived at Copper Canyon 3+ years now and have loved it here! it is quiet and so close to everything, Banks, supermarkets, everything you might need. The designated covered parking is so nice; whether in winter weather or HOT summer to be able to always have your car protected is great. The office staff are always ready to help and really are friendly and helpful. they try to accommodate your location requests if possible, keeping singles, seniors, families together when they can. The maintenance crew are the Best!I hope to be here for a long time!!!

I lived here for a short stretch but it was great. Nancy was always so kind any time I had a question. The maintenance guys are always there to help quickly. I was never charged questionable fees. The location is fantastic with Kroger and Twisted Root, among others, in walking distance. Highly recommend Copper Canyon.

Have lived at Copper Canyon for just over 16 years and love it! The grounds are always well tended and tidy, staff is responsive and easy to work with, and maintenance is always taken care of promptly. I have never had a complaint while living here! Each apartment has 1 covered parking space (great during hail storms) and alway plenty of open parking spaces. Great pool and community area. Neighbors tend to be friendly and respectful of each- other. Copper Canyon is not a place you find loud and noisy people or lots of parties. Love it!

We began renting a Copper Canyon apartment in June of 2018, and it has been a great experience. Its quiet, and the units are nice and well maintained -no bug problems, and the A/C works well. The best part is their leasing agent, Kimberly. Shes wonderful! From the time we first spoke to her during our search for an apartment she has been caring, welcoming, open, and honest. She knows everyone, and knows what is going on, but is not intrusive. Also, the complex is just the right size: big enough to have all of the amenities you need, but not so big that you become just a number. I highly recommend Copper Canyon.

I have lived here for quite some time now and this bar far has been my favorite place to call home. It is a beautiful place to live and the grounds are kept clean. Any issue I have had inside my apartment has always been resolved quickly. I am also very confident in the maintenance staff to complete any project correctly. I have only seen a change in office management and staff once in the years I have lived here. They have always been very helpful in resolving issues and answering any questions I may have. They are also very warm and welcoming to everyone. By everyone I mean everyone. I have seen some very rude tenants come through the office demanding things and they have always maintained their kindness. I could only wish I had an ounce of their patience. Being kind and respectful goes a longer way than being rude and demanding. Additionally, when the management had to address concerns regarding my stay here, they have always been kind. Lastly what makes this place great are some of the other tenants here. Everyone I have come across has treated me with kindness and a smile. It also warms my heart when people stop me and ask if they can pet my dog.Honestly this is a great place in a great location. 10 out of 10.

I love living here. Usually its quiet unless you live near the pool. They have community events if you choose to attend. Most are to themselves. The maintenance men are superb and love the office ladies. they are older apartments but decent!

Hello everyone,My wife and I have lived in Copper Canyon Apts. on and off since 2013. I am happy to say that I love where I live. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is phenomenal!! Any problem or issue with our residence has been handled immediately and professionally. My wife and I have noticed dramatic improvements in our neighborhood in 2019. Whether for practical problem solving issues or in the interest of area beautification, we feel taken care of year round. Overall, I love living at Copper Canyon. While not a modern (2020) complex, I feel that adds to the cozy, warm, nostalgic essence of our neighborhood. I would definitely recommend Copper Canyon Apts. for anyone looking for a temporary or more permanent place to live. We are roughly equal distance in between both Dallas and Fort Worth. We are also really close to the DFW airport. Thank you for time in reading my review.

The staff here are awesome, from the ladies in the leasing office to the guys in maintenance. They are very patient and understanding with everything going on with the economy and jobs, they are such a blessing. The neighbors are very nice also.

Beautiful apartment- the grounds are well kept and clean. Quiet neighbors. I love their one bedroom floor plan and high ceilings, my apt feels very cozy.

Great place to live! It’s quiet and maintenance is Always on top of it! The office team is truly helpful and always kind. It’s a great location near some major highways. Have so many stores near by! It truly is a wonderful and safe place to call home !
