I really like the people at CMS. Ok, I realize NO ONE enjoys having to pay annual neighborhood dues, BUT they are a necessary component in keeping a neighborhood clean, keeping amenities up to par and relatively safe... times can be tough paying the dues all at once, but just call the office, and communicate... let them know that you have to make 2 or 3 payments , and theyre fine with that! Ive lived in other nearby neighborhoods... believe me, they are a WHOLE DIFFERENT DINOSAUR!! Thank you Consolidated Management!!!!! -
