Top notch property management service!I own a home in the Tyler area. I had rented it out in the past. It sat vacant for few months and was moved into by squatters. Thats no fun. It took a few months of going through the court system to have them removed. After they were out, there was a ton of repair work that needed to be done. Thats when I decided to place it with a property management service.I did a lot of research, reading reviews, and checking agreements. Conquest Property Management was my final choice. They have been a true pleasure to work with. They reviewed the property and provided a list of repairs that need to be made. After we discussed my budget and which projects we could work on, they obtained bids from local contractors and recommended the most cost effective solutions.To make a long story short, the repairs were made, the place looks better than ever, and they had it rented in no time. I cannot say enough nice things about Conquest. If you own a property in the Tyler area, and you need a trustworthy and responsible management company, give them a call.

The best decision we ever made for our rental property was turning it over to Conquest Property Management, INC. Ro Allen and her staff are the absolute best from being greeted by the smiling friendly receptionist to working with Wes, in maintenance, to Laura in leasing. They have taken care of any problems that might arise in an efficient and timely manner so that the tenant or myself arent inconvenienced. After we listed our property with Ro, she had our property rented within two weeks, and for three and a half years going strong. We are so happy that we chose Ro Allen/CPM to manage our rental property, we know its being well taken care of without any worries.

Ive been a tenant for many years, my most recent experience with Wes who is the Maintenance Manager has been outstanding, I had a tree fall in the house & go thru my kids bedroom, well come to find out the home has asbestos in the sheetrock & we had to relocate for some weeks until repair is complete he personally gave me his cell # to make sure I get all my concerns & questions handled in a urgent matter. No matter what we need taken care of his response is urgent & immediate!!! Wes is the man!!!!! Thank you to all the staff that has helped us!

Im a current tenant at CPM and absolutely love their services.They are wonderful at what they do and are always on top of their stuff. I shopped around for homes to rent for months before walking into their office, and they are by far the best company in the area. They treated me like I was the most important person and helped me find a rent home that I love. After dealing with everyone else in the area, after going to them, I knew I wanted to rent from them. They treat people with respect and they actually care about you as a person. It was obvious that they wanted to help me find a place that I actually wanted to be at and be able to call my home.They have so many great properties. They are quick to get something fixed if a maintenance issue comes up and they are just wonderful to be around. Its so easy making maintenance requests, paying rent, and it was easy finding a property I loved with them.I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone, and if I ever move, I will definitely wait until something is available with them, because I dont want to go to any other company!They are great!

Best place I’ve ever rent from! They worked with my roommates and I to accommodate all our needs, anywhere from letting our giant dogs live there to fixing our broken a/c in the middle of last summer. Our hard work of cleaning when we moved out was recognized by us getting 100% of our deposit back! And even now, after moving out they were kind enough to write a recommendation letter for my dog to help me rent a new place in a different city. They’re awesome and have been nothing but kind to us!

CPM worked with me for over a month looking for the perfect house! Every step of the way I was treated like family, and if I ever had a question or concern they handle it faster than any other rental company I have had! I would 100% recommend renting through CPM!To add onto this within the last 2 hours my ac went out and it took less than 40 minutes after calling CPM to have a professional at my house fixing up my air conditioner! When I rented from Wright-way services I was without ac for 2 weeks one time. So when I made the call I had no idea what to expect, thank y’all! When I say I couldn’t be happier with my experience I sincerely mean it!!

My experience with Conquests Property Management (CPM) was between 2016-2020. During this time I have found their services to be excellent. They have an online portal set up for making payments, communications and much more. The staff is compassionate, understand and very helpful. Any maintenance issues were addressed within in reasonably or timely manners. The service persons sent to our residents were vetted, appeared professional and knowledgeable. CPM seem care about the home owners as much as their tenants. To answer the question of If you think this company is so great, why did you leave them? My reason for leaving this company was simply due to a job transfer out of state. I would highly recommended CPM based on my 4 years of experience with them.

I looked for a home, and because of my late application I was not able to get the houses I wanted. But people who worked there were very friendly, and what got my attention, their honesty. I found a different home with different property, and I came back to Conquest if they can return my application fee. (usually they dont)The employee said let me check if we run your credit score. She came back and said they have not run my credit score, and she said she will reimburse my money order, which she did later on. I have been experienced horrible service with other property management, but with their honesty and friendly service they got my attention even I did not ended up renting from them. I strongly recommend this place. Good luck.

I have personally been renting from Conquest for the past couple of years and before that was with a partner who rented with them for nearly a decade. They have gone through some management changes over time and as with all property management companies, they have their ups and downs. With this last management change I can honestly say they have been much better and moving in the right direction as far as taking care of their tenants. Renting a property for your college student remotely from 3 hrs away can be stressful - how about seamless and smooth!! This has been our experience with Conquest Property Management since our first phone call to them just to ask questions. Ashley was so helpful with my many phone calls and was able to answer them all. Its not easy getting 4 students together that have never met each other and all live in different towns but Laura has been awesome with getting all the communications to each of us and keeping each parent in the loop. She has texted, called or emailed me with updates along the way and it has just been so wonderful to have someone so on top of their game. We look forward to school starting and them all moving into their property and starting their adventure at UT Tyler - thank you CPM!!

I would totally recommend this company to anyone looking for a rent home! I relocated to Tyler from Louisiana recently and they helped make that transition for me so much easier and stress free. They are such a sweet group of people and all really go above and beyond to make you feel special! I’ve had other landlords that would take days to get back with me or even weeks to fix a problem, but anyone I’ve talked to at conquest has been quick to respond and I never felt like I was an inconvenience. The one time I did have a maintenance issue, a guy was out the very next day and called me a few days afterwards to check and make sure there weren’t any further issues.It’s been a breeze working with CPM! Plus a got an adorable goodie bag when I moved in that was packed full of Knick knacks they thought I might need just moving into a new home! It was something small like that that was really thoughtful of them and made the experience that much better. :)

Conquest was my first rental experience and even though my first time stepping out of the nest wasnt an easy experience at least conquest worked with me to make sure that I didnt have any needs that werent met.I had no trouble dealing with them as far as repairs either.Some things I dont necessarily agree with but I did sign the lease.My agent Ashley Frazier did end up going out of her way when we were ending the lease to make sure that I didnt have to deal with the negative consequences.So read your lease and you cant ask for a better rental experience

Since the first day we were looking for a new home the were the only company who helped us find exactly what we need and helped us through the when process. My boyfriend and I are new to the area. We moved to Tyler Texas from the Black Hills of South Dakota. We needed a place to live. We were living out of a hotel room with our dachshund, Chewbacca. We happened to find Conquest randomly while looking for a rental. Laura helped us nail down a place which would suit our needs in no time flat. After finding our home we made an unscheduled stop into the office with Chewie to check on our move in time frame. Laura and her whole team welcomed us (Chewie included) and expedited everything to help us get moving a day earlier; all while spoiling Chewie. The whole staff of Conquest Property Management went above and beyond the call of duty and gave us an unexpected but very caring greeting to Texas. Conquest makes property ownership simple and profitable. While they take care of the tedious job of rental, management, and upkeep, they also work to keep expenses down in the same way that I would. Jolie, Ro and the staff are very sensitive to customer needs and will bend over backwards to help your property succeed as an investment. I heartily recommend CPM for any investor that enjoys seeing a ROI without wasting his/her time with the actual management. CPM is a true class act.
