I had a problem trying to place an order for resale docs. System would not recognize the address that I knew was managed by this property manager. When I called it took fewer prompts than I thought it would to get to a live person (I think his name was Christian) who sounded US based. He schooled me on how to order based on association name instead of address. He knew the workaround very time the system balked and was unresponsive. I give him all 5 stars for overall knowledge of the system and patience with a curmudgeon. They should give him a raise. I give their system no stars for not being intuitive enough for me to figure it out on my own. -

This is the best experience I have had when trying to obtain condo documentation. It is usually a very painful, drawn-out process. Steffanie was excellent to work with. I called with urgent request to correct an Estoppel. Steffanie opened the ticket, gave me her email address and quickly responded to my request. Not to mentioned, she called me twice within 15 mins to verify the ticket was open and then again to confirm I had everything I requested. When I let her know that I hadnt seen it come in yet, she even went as far as to download the new estoppel and send it to me personally so we could proceed. It was such a blessing to have Steffanie pick up my call! -

This process, in my opinion, needs to be more streamlined by CAMS in order to better service its clients. I missed an email from Community Archives and found it 3 weeks later, the day before our closing. I contacted Community Archives and spoke with Cherry Villejo. The email said you didnt have this property, however, Cherry let me know it was due to not having the right seller in title. We had closed on this property 4 months prior, so I couldnt figure out how you had the wrong information. Long story short, I was able to send Cherry the Deeds for the past two closings and I had my HOA letter within an hour of sending her that documentation. This is amazing. They dont have a copy of their cancelled check and we now had a problem. I called and spoke with LINDA BROWN who was so very pleasant and very helpful. Ive spoken with several people at Community Archives in the past, and Linda was just as pleasant and helpful as the others. She was able to provide me with the information we needed to proceed with the closing. Its nice to feel like we are all on the same team!UPDATED 11.22.2024This is another shout out to Cris Limbo! I was expecting my update by 6pm of previous day due to a scheduled closing. I called and she answered the phone and she came through!Shout out to Cris Limbo! The due date on the Statement of Account was Labor Day and I was concerned since we needed it for the next day. I called a week in advance and spoke to Cris who contacted the management company and got me the statement by the Friday morning before the holiday weekend! She even called me back that Friday to make sure I received it! Im not even sure what department Christian is in because he does the work of three and then some. He stayed on the issue, continued to email and call back with trouble shooting options, worked through the matter end to end with me in a timely manner and professionally endured my snarky, mounting frustration. Be warned Community Archives, someone is going to steal this great employee out from under you. Hes that one in a million worker and I suggest you give him a very big raise.
