Being an ex-realtor myself I know firsthand how much work goes into a successful home listing and sale. I called Jodi because I worked with her on behalf of a friend once before and was impressed with the way she dealt with the issues that arose then. My house had complications because it was not quite completed and I had more personal belongings than could be carried cross-country in one trip. When I left, the shop/garage interior looked like a city in Ukraine taken recently. She said that people would understand but I had my reservations. It took me a month and a half to get back to finish loading the last of the shop items and clean up. I had some offers, but as it turned out she and the buyers realtor got me a full price offer from some really nice folks. She took good care of us and quickly navigated the speed bumps that cropped up like the pro she is. Being a cash offer, we closed about 2 months after listing the house. I wish she was around when I sold the thirteen rental homes I had.Jodi is a credit to the industry and makes the process easy. I met some of her associates and I can see why she works with them. Every one I met had the same positive attitude. Give her a call, you wont be disappointed!

Listed my house with Irene Hamlin as my realtor toward the end of November and by the end of January had closed on the sale. Irene was always very polite, professional, warm & welcoming. She answered any questions I had during the process and was very good about keeping in contact from start of the process to being there at the closing. I wouldnt hesitate to use Combined Associates Real Estate again.
