They are definitely one of the better landlords in town! They always made sure any maintenance in the house that needed to be taken care of was done in a fast and timely manner. They have always been honest to us and always made us feel like we were the priority. I have never had an issue with them in the year and a half I was staying at my property. Definitely recommend having them as a property manager/landlord!

My initial review was not that great but since have received a call from the property management woman and she was very patient and kind in explaining the situation. It appears that after Jake left they have been a bit short handed and she has been the only one to hold down the fort. They are in the process of hiring an additional person. This explained a lot of the issues I had with the company and gave me a bit of different perspective.As a out of state homeowner you feel a bit helpless when it comes to trying to manage something 6 hours away. After discussing the issues with her I am at peace and realize that maybe I needed to display more patience. Everything on my statement was explained and all is well. I do kind of wish I would have not given the first review as I do believe she is sincere and doing her best to stay on top of everything. So I decided to edit my original post and give her some moral support.

Great property team. Take care of their customers and take care of their houses.Fixed anything that we had issues with in the house ASAP. No hassle move out and we got back all our deposit, first time ever!
