Jenna was simply Amazing! She established a great relationship with us from the beginning and then she was patient and supportive when our dates changed. She maintained contact with me for a year before I chose my house. Once I chose it, it was all business and before I knew it we were closing! She was so helpful and positive through the entire experience and advocated for me when I didn’t even know I needed it. She wanted my experience to be perfect and it was!! Where do I start? Cheri was an absolute Godsend in assisting us in finding our new vacation home. I honestly dont know if I have dealt with a professional in ANY field of work that is more professional, hardworking, and knowledgable than Cheri. For better or worse, I have a very Type A personality, and was just blown away that literally any time I sent a text or email to Cheri, I received a response with the information I needed almost immediately. Her dedication to her clients is truly inspiring. Cheri not only made this experience completely stress free, but she actually made it FUN, as it should be when buying a vacation home! Last year we wanted to sell our 1 bedroom condo at Beach Club. We listed it with a male real estate agent at another Padre Island company. After our listing languished under him during the busy summer selling season, and after we had a very dismal overall experience with him, we fired him and were lucky to have found Mary Scruton at Coastline Properites! It was the difference between night and day! Mary was a delight to work with. Her can-do attitude and pleasant personality made the selling of our property a very positive experience. After having had our listing sit ignored under that previous agent, in contrast Mary got our condo sold in just 9 days after we listed it with her!
