    Our neighborhood recently changed management companies from the largest (and worst) company in the US to CMI. We were assigned Judith Leal as our community manager. She has, from our initial meeting, exhibited tremendous knowledge of the law and the practicalities of running a great organization. She is extremely articulate and prompt in replying to all questions and requests; and unbelievably helpful with all our projects and events. CMI is fortunate to have Judith on their team.

    Mike Hughes is fantastic. I called him out of the blue asking him questions on my HOA dues prior to closing and he was extremely patient and knowledgeable. Mike followed up with some items right after our call and was available for additional questions. Thanks Mike for excellent customer service.

    As a homeowner and a builder over the last 34 years, Ive had the opportunity to worked with numerous property management companies.I wanted to pass on my most recent positive experience with CMI Association Management.My project required work with the neighborhood Architectural Committee and I worked primarily with Brandon, and Kelli of CMI to get everything submitted and approved. They were both great to work with. Everyone Ive dealt with in their office as well, including Linda, were very nice and always professional.I can highly recommend them to any HOA or Property Association looking for a property management company!

    I always enjoy the follow up responses, professional delivery, and diligence to meet objectives and ask. The tree selection and opportunities to move the landscaping growth to a more upscale environment is concerning, but recognizing the need for consistency is important to managing going forward.     Our HOA has worked with Mike Hughes as manager of our building for well over a decade. Mike is conscientious and value oriented, we have enjoyed working with him. We particularly appreciate his diligence in finding services that fit our HOAs budget, from tree and landscaping services to HVAC, roofing and more. He also keeps us on track with required meetings and notifications from a compliance standpoint. Finally, he is absolutely tops at recovering delinquent funds. Thanks Mike for the long time you have supported our building!
