Heidi and Chris are absolutely amazing! Not only has my company been doing business with them for the past five years and I have also been a resident at one of their properties. They exceed my expectations every time! They are always advocating for the residence and making sure that you were comfortable in your new home, which you could never put a price on! My wife and I started the process of trying rent/sell our home last year. We originally went with another property management company and it turned out to be a disaster. We made the decision to switch to Clear Direction a few months later and they were 1000% better! We just recently completed that process, but even prior to that, the communication from Clear Direction, their professionalism, and the whole process had been great. The fact that they helped achieve all of our goals just made things that much better!

I went through Chris and Heidi at Clear Direction for a rental property, they have been great to work with.I honestly expected things to start going bad once I signed my lease because that has been my experience since moving to DFW 6 years ago, but they have amazing. They have great communication, which I really appreciate! Work orders get taken care of quickly and they even reach out to make sure everything went well during the appointment.More than anything, I’m extremely grateful that they worked so hard to get us into a home when my kids and I were in a very tough situation that was outside of my control. Heidi was awesome to work with. As someone relocating their family to a whole new state, she was very informative on things like flood zones, etc that we would have no idea of otherwise. She was always accommodating and available for what we needed. She even spent a Saturday driving to houses and FaceTiming us to see them when we couldn’t be in Dallas. Even now that the purchase is done, she has been available as a resource if we need to find people to work on things around our home. We found Heidi and Chris sometime ago on Facebook because we were looking for a HUD foreclosure. Heidi explained the pros and cons to making a purchase like this. After weighing our options, we decided to just purchase a home outside of the HUD program. We looked for months, and Heidi was patient with us as we were very picky. She helped us secure financing and make several offers until we found our perfect house. After a few years, we decided to sell the home and move out of town. They were fair, and pleasant to work with even considering the circumstances of how we went about selling the home. We finally sold our home through them and bought another out of town through Heidi and Chris. My wife and I live in Pasco Washington. We retained Clear Direction Real Estate to manage the sale of our home after our tenants moved out. The home was not in the best of shape right off the bat, so Heidi let us know what all needed to be done to get the home ready. We asked Heidi if she could refer anyone to us for all of our repairs, with in 2 hours she had someone come give us an estimate and we were on our way to making this home ready for someone new. Heidi and her team made this all possible by being active in the entire process from start to finish. We have bought and sold multiple homes and we have never experienced this type of service. Heidi first worked with my mother on selling her home and she was very pleased. I used her to be safe after I’d already found the townhouse I wanted as a new build. She was always available for questions via phone or email. She took the time to visit the property and take pictures and photos to provide me with. Her and her husband know their stuff and have great attention to detail. She still will reach out to this day just to check in. As long as I’m in the DFW area she will be my realtor. I am a first time owner for the rental properties and I was in a very bad situation with my construction workers who I hired. It is not really the property management’s job but the Clear direction Chris and Heidi took me over to my properties and they got completely under control. My place is rented in less than two days after they posted online. I don’t know where to start to thank them. However I know from bottom of my heart that I had no clue how to get though with my difficult situation with the construction people I hired and so many abandoned work. Chris took over and assigned his vender to finish my place so now it’s rentable. I highly recommend clear directions to manage properties. I was on the market to sell my house last year when the market was great, and the real estate agent I had couldnt sell my home in a booming market and lost me a ton of money. I was looking to sell for 450k, which was a little under the hot market pricing. Unfortunately, because that agent did not do open houses or advertise properly, I lost out on selling my house during the hottest time in Texas. I talked with about 3 other real estate agents who wanted to charge insane fees like 7%+ and did not think I could get more than 300k for my house. I talked with Esther not only did she get me a decent priceyear (365k sold, old realtor couldnt even get my house sold for this much last in September) for my house in a declining market she didnt rake me over the coals for the fees and worked with me. She also got my house sold on time and spent every weekend advertising and doing open houses providing key feedback to me about the house to get it sold. She went above and beyond and did an amazing job, she works with you and makes sure you get the attention, respect and price that you need in a housing market that is getting harder and harder to sell in because of inflation and other economic issues. If youre looking to buy or sell talk to Esther shes a wonderful agent and knows what to do to get your home sold or get you a home to buy and live in. I really wish I met her first because I know she wouldve gotten my house sold quick when the market was hot. Even in a declining market she got it done in a relatively fast pace before I lost too much. I cannot stress how great this experience was and that if you want the best talk to Esther Poirier with CDRETX you wont regret talking to her and using her as an agent.

From start till closing Chris Poirier and his team were quite helpful. He facilitated the sale of moms house long distance. Since I lived out of the state of Texas I relied upon Chris for just about everything. He went above board to get moms house sold. Lots of communication, pictures and advice about negotiated price and repairs needed. Chris made the transaction seamless. Up to and including arranging for contractors to make the few repairs necessary to get the most value for the house. Thanks to Chris and his team for making this a quick, easy and efficient process.

The entire team has been a delight to work with. I started working with the group before I moved to the Fort Worth area and they helped me every step of the way and provided me with all of the resources I needed to make a smooth transition. During the move in the entire team came over on move day to make sure any issues were addressed on the spot. The only issue I had afterwards was an afterhours A/C issue that the team responded to extremely quickly and was resolved the next morning. If you are looking for a great real estate team to work with I would recommend the clear direction team everyday of the week and twice on Sundays.
