Its has a large military presence since its close to the base, do most people seem put together, there arent any adjacent neighborhoods next to it so I dont hear random arguing, and maintenance request happen pretty quickly

Consistency and value thats hard to find in Shreveport/Bossier. Ive been here since 22, Ive been living in Shreveport for 10 years and have to say this is one the best properties to live for your money. Ive had only 2-3 minor maintenance requests (that probably couldve been done myself lol) my entire time here and each time theyve been quick to respond & take care of it. Parking not bad at all, everyone in the front office are great people to deal with making the experience here that much better. Well kept property with a live and let live atmosphere, everyone goes about their own business. For the amenities and location, itll be hard to find any other place with better value for your money.

Great and affordable apartments. Rooms are spacious. The staff is very friendly and does a good job in meeting your demands. There are multiple pools, a volleyball court, a gym, and multiple office spaces. The most defining feature of this establishment is the lakeside view which many of the apartments have access to. Overall, two thumbs up from me! Would recommend it!

Weve lived here for almost a year. Maintenance is quick and really good. The office staff are really nice and we enjoy just chatting with them. We had some issues with our heater and AC, and the staff was really quick to call and make sure that it was fixed because of our baby. They know us by name and things going on in our lives.The grounds are well kept. Upgraded appliances would be nice. Overall, we really enjoy living here.

We just moved in, in June and so far our experience has been great! The gate and pool was broke but they had it fixed. The staff in the office is very polite! I do a lot of online shopping, anytime I get a package that is too big for my mailbox, the mail man takes it to the office and they always send me a quick text to let me know they have a package for me! They do really awesome random acts of kindness, like the other day they set out a table by the pool with beach towels, bottled water, Gatorade, and snacks with a note that said take one. We love living here!

Recently stayed there and had some problems with my a/c for a while. The staff hired new maintenance management and compensated me for the inconvienice. Also when my lease was up, I was moving out of state and was way behind before their office closed on a Saturday. The staff member (Caitlin) VOLUNTEERED to stay over an hour after closing to help me out for my move. Thank you! Amazing staff and they always keep you informed via text of whats going on within the residence.

We have lived here 2 years. We love it, it’s safe and family friendly. The ladies in the office always go above and beyond for us. When we our in a maintenance request it is always taken care of within 48 hours. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.

Figured Id update this review since its been awhile since my last update. Have been here since December of 2017 and I got to say Im still Loving it. No problems whatsoever. Ashley is awesome even though I believe shes gone now which sucks but the new leasing lady is pretty awesome as well. Would recommend this place to everybody

I’ve lived here for almost a year and I’m happy to say that this has been my favorite place to live!! The office staff are very friendly & they really do love pets!! The maintenance man, Mr. Gary (sp?) is always happy to say hello & has been very timely in filling requests. All in all, a great place!

The people in the office are amazing they are super sweet especially Angela Bailey she is sweet and very professional and the apartments are very roomy with a good floor plan I absolutely love it there definitely recommend them

All around a great place! The office staff is very knowledgeable and professional, especially Lauren, the manager. The grounds are always kept very neat and clean. If you are looking for a great place to live, do not overlook this wonderful class A property!

Ive lived here for almost 8 years! I call this home!! The office staff and the maintenance crew have always been friendly. If I have to call for maintenance Im taken care of promptly and with respect! The girls in the office actually have gone above and beyond!!

Leasing Consultant, Ms Kayla was very patient with us. I didn’t feel rushed as we did our apartment hunt. Today we decided to choose Champion Lake as our next home and we couldn’t be any more excited! Thank You, Ms Kayla for working with us and providing excellent customer service!!!! I know we will love it here!

I definitely love it here Kayla pilot is straight to the point she is friendly she is super sweet and she is amazing to talk to she is always on the property doing stuff she’s dependable and the apartments are cozy and super great for a starter place or even just to stay there I 100% would recommend anyone to go and at least look at them the the do tours for new comers and they are very detailed when explaining everything and honest about everything
