We move into our home on the 9th of this month so Ill definitely be updating this review in a few months with an honest opinion about this company. All I can say right now is that the process thus far has been very fast and smooth. Reading these negative comments had me very nervous. However, seeing Lori respond to every single review and give an explanation to every negative one (I read them all) has made me feel much better about our decision. I know if we have any major issues who were calling first.

I was a tenant when this company bought the company I initially signed with. I kept the same real estate agent as my point of contact the entire time which was nice, and he was top notch. Working with Timothy Bishop, my realtor, was a pleasure. One of my more pleasant rental experiences (and Ive had some really terrible ones). Specifically, Timothy was an exceptionally delightful person to work with.I do have one serious gripe though. When we informed them we wouldnt be resigning the lease, they put a card in my mailbox that said this house is vacant without my knowledge. Obviously the house wasnt vacant, we were still living there for two more months. I missed receiving some important mail and its caused a great headache. I was supposed to receive my original birth certificate back from my passport application, and thats now lost. I also missed the receipt of the title for my vehicle that I paid off. So thats caused me problems and I REALLY WISH YOU GUYS WOULD NOT DO THAT.

Jessica Kirksey has been great, 10 out of 5 stars. She took photos before we moved in with us there, and treated us fairly. She is polite and when asked for the blunt truth, she gives it. (Updated after moving out there was some issues. I left them (century 21)my forwarding address and then got a call asking what my a couple of weeks later asking forwarding address was. They has the address in the computer correct but no idea how it got there. I also had a question about my return but getting a hold of someone was difficult after I was no longer a tenant.

I have used Century 21 Judge Fite Property Management since 2006 to manage three rental homes. I had a positive over the last 15 years because the Century 21 Judge Fite Property Management staff has consistently met or exceed my expectations of what a Property Management team should do.For example, every month, I receive timely payment linked to my checking account with accurate statements through email. The management team always follows-up if a tenant is late with a payment and the fees collected are also reflected on the statement.Heres the good news, over the past 15 years (180 months), knock-on-wood, and if memory serves me right, I only had 3 times where tenants have not paid the rent for all three homes. And, in those 3 times, Century 21 Judge Fite staff followed up with a resolution. Who could ask for a better result than that. This speaks to the professionalism of the staff at Century 21 Judge Fite Property Management.If you are wondering about other issues, well, If there are issues with a tenant, I receive timely emails that I can respond to quick for a course of action. We consider ourselves very lucky indeed to have found this rental, especially since our home sold and we, quite frankly, had nowhere to go as our new home hadnt even been started! SO very happy that we found this home through Judge Fite Property Management, and they have been and continue to be SO VERY helpful! We were on vacation in July and the AC went out. A friend who was watching the house for us made one phone call ... and a new unit was installed with no further follow up required! Weve had one minor repair to a back door ... but other than that (and that was taken care of), weve had no need for repairs. On a day to day or month to month basis, these folks at Century 21 Judge Fite Property Management have been courteous, helpful, responsive and a pleasure to work with! Were thankful for each person on their team!

As a home owner for over 30 years, my husband and I were a bit unsure of what we would be experiencing when we chose to rent a house upon moving to Dallas. I am so happy that the home we chose is managed expertly by Century 21 Judge Fite Property Management. Through our tenure here as tenants we have been very satisfied with the timeliness of maintenance and the quality of the suppliers that Judge Fite has provided us when needed. Not only is the work done well but the people they send are courteous, skilled and thorough. Additionally, the staff we work with at Judge Fite are always courteous, professional and very helpful. It also helps that they have an online portal to streamline communication with them. Even during the current Covid-19 crisis, our Judge Fite team has continued to provide stellar service. We can definitely say that we are happily renting a house under the management of a company who looks out not only for the owners, but the renters of their properties.

We are coming up on the middle of our third year with our rental property through Century 21 Judge Fite. We have been nothing but pleased. The application process was quick, we were shown the home immediately, and they were flexible on move-in dates. Our current lease ends in November 2018, but we have recently purchased a home and need out sooner. Century 21 was extremely helpful in helping us terminate our lease and find replacement tenants very quickly. When it comes to maintenance, any request we place is followed up with by one of their vendors out to our property the next morning. We are then also followed up with by the property manager to make sure the work was completed and is to our liking. We have been EXTREMELY pleased and would recommend Century 21 Judge Fite to anyone looking to rent!

This company has managed my properties for over 30 years. They are not perfect but who is. Their core values and work ethics are phenomenal coupled with the fact that they always do what is right. I have learned there are 2 to 3 sides to every situation. As long as all the facts can be compiled, the business decision is easy. They realize they work for their Landlords while being responsible and fair to the occupants. They have been responsible for me being able to focus on buying more rentals, while they pay attention to the details on a day to day basis , leasing, qualifying occupants, collections, maintenance and repairs, end of the year statements, photos..... I will not have anyone else manage my rentals.

Only rented from them for a year but within that year they did everything we asked of them and they never bothered us! When we moved in to our property the fence in the backyard was damaged so we asked them to replace it and within a week they had begun the replacement process! We always pay on time so they never bother to show up unannounced. The one time they came by our house during the lease they gave us a full weeks notice and were very courteous. Wonderful people to work with that made the process of both signing on and off the lease easy. Would definitely recommend!

I have had a great experience so far, this will be my second year with Century 21 Judge Fite Management Company. It was a hassel at first to get everything ready for renting with them because there are regulations that need to be met. This is unavoidable, but once they were all met the house was rented out quickly. Now that it is time to rent again as the current tenants are leaving, the manager of the property was able to have an application in before the current tenants are out, no gap in the time the house is rented. I appreciate the quick turn around and the hard work. As far as I know the tenants are doing well with the service, they do have my number and have never contacted me with any management issues.

We visited in May 2016 with our property manager, Rhonda. We had a great visit with Rhonda and she gave us some insight into the properties we now hold. After talking with William we set out on a venture to update several of our properties in the complex (long overdue). His ideas and expertise were immensely positive. As a property became available, William and his team were there for us to get the updates finished in a timely manner and back on the market. I had a house about 25 years ago that I was having trouble selling due to the market so I decided to lease it instead and with C21 property management and was really glad I did. I didnt have time or the inclination to manage any rental properties myself. In fact, I wouldnt own any if I had to manage it myself. Since then, because of C21 and Williams team, I have grown my portfolio to 5 and about to purchase another one. I take an active role in all major decisions and most of the minor ones. C21 knows I want my properties maintained and they do an outstanding job of that with their abundance of qualified vendors. Because of this, my properties have very few vacancies and most tenants stay long term. In 25 years, I have never had a tenant complain of being treated unfairly in any way. I like doing business with William because he is a Christian man and have grown to feel very comfortable doing business with him. I only wished he would work for free! lol

The Property Management group is great to work with from start to finish during the process. A lot of times the girls are always looking for an agent to help with showing the available properties but cant found many agents willing to take on these leads. I help them as much as I can with showings. The Processing of the apps for the tenants are updated with the agents, weather they need items form the client or updated on when the apps will be presented to the Landlord for review. I have had a great success rate with this group for the past three plus years and I think it would be a great source for many agents to get a little extra money when closings are not so close on a month to month bases. There is simply no way we could manage these homes without team members like Rhonda. The prior tenant ruined the carpets and left the home absolutely filthy. With all that said, we had a bundle of support from Rhonda and the rest of your team to get things back to normal.
