    Being in the military requires you to move in areas very quickly and sometimes you dont have a chance to really search for a home. I googled several companies and spoke with Mrs. Trellla who was amazing and patient with me. She assisted me with getting a rental for me and my daughter so quickly. She was very kind to me and the process of getting a rental was so smooth. I have since recommended this company to my military friends when they come to El paso. I have been here for a month, and I have no complaints. The ladies in the office have been helpful and sweet.

    My husband and I were renting a home from Century 21 APD after a year of timely payments our agent Linda Madrid spoke to us about the option to purchase a home. She explained to us what the market was doing and how it was a perfect time to purchase. We looked at several homes and found the right one after only a couple of days of looking, the whole process only took a month or so and we moved into our new home, we used our VA loan and did not have any out of pocket expenses. We were given a check list to do on our rental house and we did everything and got all our security deposit back. The staff there was alwasy friendly and helpful.I recommend them to all my friends.

    Over the past 30 years, primarily due to job transfers, I have bought and sold several homes throughout the country, so over the years I have had quite a bit of experience working with real estate agents. I dont think Ive ever had a bad experience, but some have certainly been better than others. My most recent experience, by far, was my best. My Century 21 agent, Liz Bustamante, was exceptional in every respect. Liz handled both the sale of my previous home, and the purchase of my current home, and both transactions were as painless and worry free as they could possibly be. Her professionalism, thorough knowledge of the job, attention to detail, and responsiveness far exceeded any previous experience Ive had. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Liz to be your agent.

    This was mine and my husbands first time renting a home and I got to say, Century 21 has made it a very pleasant experience. The customer service is great, and they are quick to make sure things get fixed.     We have just sold our home and Mrs. Trella Driggers has been nothing but a BLESSING since the very moment I spoke to her over the phone!! She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the townhome we chose and was able to get us into a place that we were comfortable with with a move in date that met our needs!! She referred us to the management team in the office to process our paperwork and they have also been amazing! Credit check was done as soon as possible and we were quickly notified about being approved, the ladies in the office were so welcoming and answered all of our questions!     As a Soldier moving from one station to the El Paso area, I was able to rent a house close to Fort Bliss, TX. In a very nice neighborhood. I was even picked up to look for houses,due that I did not have a vehicle at the time and got the house that I wanted. The Agent that help me was Lourdes Garcia. She was very helpful, respectful and knowledgeable. She has recommended people of the area to help me with many things with the house. She is very pro Military and will go out of her way to help Military when she is can.

    Leslie Driggers Hoard and Century 21 were very helpful in our move to El Paso. Leslie was friendly and informative about the area. She communicated with us on a regular basis months before we were even in the area. She showed us both rentals and homes to buy as we werent sure what we wanted to do at first. We ended up buying a home and we are extremely happy with our purchase. We felt very comfortable with Leslie and Century 21 throughout the buying process. I was out of state for both transactions and the at Century did not stop impressing me with their professionalism, timelines, and dedication to their clients.     I was inquiring about a certain property online, moments later I received a call back from the friendlys voice that reminded me of home. The next day, I met up with Mrs. Trella on Sunday afternoon. She was wonderful, very friendly, a kind spirit with most positive attitude. I believe she sensed I wasnt too excited about the first property so she volunteered to show me another whiched I absolutely adored. Even though the property was outside my monthly range.     !!Exceptional customer service!! Today during my lunch hour I ran down to Century 21 ADPs physical location. Immediately upon entering facility I was wholeheartedly welcomed by Miss Jacqueline Lopez, the front desk receptionist. She aided me in submitting payment on a rental property my fiancee and I currently reside and educated me on Century 21s Online payment option. But given the outstanding service I received today, Ill most likely be submitting payment in person. It was a breath of fresh air to encounter such a warm person.

    Trella Driggers and the Century 21 APD experience was absolutely awesome! Last year I was thinking about buying a home and reached out to Trella for advice regarding the market. She has been our family realtor for over 40 years. I knew that I could trust her insight into the market conditions. After discussing my plans with her, we decided that the market conditions were not right for us to move forward with our plans. Fast forward a year later, conditions were better and we called Trella again. Within days of our initial meeting, a photographer was at our home taking pictures and the listing was posted a day after. Upon the listing hitting the web, we started to receive walk throughs and offers immediately. As quickly as the listing went up, it was put into a pending status 1 week later because of 5 showings, we received 4 offers and closed within 45 days of listing, start to finish! I would highly recommend Trella from Century 21 APD for her knowledge, experience, honesty and willingness to do what is best for her clients.

    It is our best pleasure to write recommendation for real estate agent, Trella Drigger and ADP Century 21.We met Trella in end of 2008, when we just moved to El Paso from Taiwan. We rent the house with Trellas assistance. We were so impressed by her professionalism. Therefore, we entrusted her and her company to act as buyer agent later when we bought a new-built house.     My husband and I are Military and have been renting with Century 21 APD for the past 7 yrs the staff is very easy and pleasant to deal with , When you first come into Century 21 APD you are greeted with the warmest and friendliest smile from Jacqueline Lopes . she is awesome and so friendly, any questions you may have she tries her best to answer them and help you in any way that she can. She has made our experience with Century 21 really nice and inviting . We send our friends and other soldiers looking to rent to see Century 21APD and always tell them how friendly and welcoming Jacqueline is , how she puts you at ease when you come into the building . The Whole staff at Century 21 is great and helpful.

    Our experiences with the realtors and agencies in El Paso have been a nightmare, but Century 21 APD has been great and eve had nothing but a good experiences. I wouldve given them a 5 star but they dont have an online option to make payments, other then that they respond promptly to our work order requests and any other issues(if any) were to arise.

    My wife and I been searching for a house and it was very frustrating. One afternoon, we met this lady at the open house. Her name was Rebecca Gonzalez (Ms Becky). Our experienced with her was phenomenal. She went above and beyond for us!!!!! Let me tell you something, Ms Becky fought for us many times and led us the right way. She protected us in many ways. She was very knowledgeable. The best part was she treated us as a FAMILY!!!! not just client or business Thats how I felt during our journey. So if you are looking for a Realtor, look no further. I recommend Rebecca Gonzalez.Ms Becky is also a U.S. Army Veteran and thats a plus!!! She gave us time during the late week and you can count on her during weekends as well!!! It took us months to get my wifes dream house and we finally found it! There were several times that we felt bad because we were very picky. She understood. She was there for us rain or shine! If we were not happy, we moved on. She was never pushy or put pressure on you and I like that.     If you need help to find a place to live in El Paso then go to Century 21 APD and ask for Trella.Trella was definitely a blessing during my PCS to Ft. Bliss. Trella came across me while asking about one of the places that was managed by Century 21. I found out more information that I was looking for. She helped me find out what I could afford if I considered purchasing another house since mine was still rented, which I was surprised I could even do. In the end she found me a very lovely place to rent just as it came avaliable. Not very big, but just right for a single guy with 16yrs worth of stuff.
