We have had our rental property with Excel for 3 years now, and are very happy with the management. This was our first home, and had some sentimental ties to its care and upkeep. Have not been disappointed. There was an individual who worked in the office for a time that had horrible customer service skills and we had concerns that our property might have slipped through the cracks, we considered changing. To our relief, she is no longer there. The management team completely put our minds to rest on the state of our investment.We are always paid on time. They vet the potential tenants well. We have never had anyone in there that caused significant damage to the property, basic upkeep items only. We are kept up to date of all maintenance requests and dont receive bills for work orders we have not approved.Excel Properties has done an overall great job managing our property. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a local company to watch over their interests.

CC Excel Properties have managed two homes for me for a few years now. I use them because I am often out of town and do not have time to manage the upkeep and rent collections. My tenants have been happy with minor maintenance issues being fixed in a timely manner as well. The most important thing to me is communication and knowing things will get done as promised. This really helps keep my tenants happy and in the home long term. I would definitely recommend them since their service is exceptional!

We’ve had a fantastic experience with CC Excel properties. Their office has managed our home for almost 5 years. Tim, Twyla, and every other employee we’ve worked with have been kind, efficient, and accommodating. Our home has been kept in great shape and has been rented consistently with relatively low tenant turnover. Thanks to CC Excel for keeping us in the loop and our home in safe hands.

We have been using Excel properties for about 6 years. We have had only 3 tenants. Our deposits were made in a timely manner and we were notified whenever there was going to be a vacancy.At one point when there was a vacancy, I requested to go and see the house to make sure it was in good condition. A person from the front office arranged to come over with me so that I could tour the property. I was happy to see that the house remained in good condition.While Im working, its nice to be stress fee. Thanks for making my life easier!

I rented with them for 13 months (Moved out June 1st 2018) and had the best renting experience. Any time there was any issue with the property, they came out same day to resolve problems. If I ever make my way back down to corpus, I will most definitely be using them again. Great friendly service from beginning to end. Tim has a great helpful team in the office. 👍👍

Moved here from outa state to flee domestic violence. I lived in the womens shelter for two months with my babies looking for a place to call home. Met with excel properties and received the most warm and efficient service. 3 years later still as my girls got older I needed to upsize within a week the change was made within. Couldnt ask for better property management. Whenever I need repairs all I have to do is ask. Great team!Excel Properties you rock!
