    I’ve only lived here for a few months, it has been wonderful, Lucy is a great manager and she always make sure her tenants are okay. It’s a nice quiet community with a great pool, dog park, and outside grill hang area. Each unit is unique to its own. The rooms are spacious come with washer and dryer connections. You can also rent them from the complex. The move in process was very simple and you know what you’re walking into

    I had the pleasure of meeting Lucy yesterday during my apartment search, and I was warmly greeted as soon as I walked in. The atmosphere was inviting, and I felt truly welcomed. The apartment I toured was beautifully renovated and looked fantastic! I am excited about the prospect of making Casa Villa my new home!

    This Fort Worth community is a hidden gem and the location is perfect especially if youre commuting on 30 or 820. The apartment homes are impressively spacious, with large bedrooms and living spaces that truly feel homey. What I love the most is how the community blends its classic charm with modern renovations and amenities. The outdoor sports area is fantastic, and the community events bring it all together.

    Tamika and Tasha were very very helpful to make these apartments our next home. They went over and beyond to accommodate our handicap daughter, due to the fact that she is in a wheelchair. They showed us an apartment that had a ramp and pulled up carpet for wood floors. Not everybody would do this for a potential resident, they did!!! Thank you ladies for everything.The Sullivan’s

    I have been living in Casa Villa for almost two years (may makes a second year) and I first want to start with the upkeep of the property, the lawn and side walk is always clean and clear, the dumpster never have been over filled, maintenance answer all work orders the same day, I have no bugs or unwanted creatures😂 Our gate is always kept closed I’ve never experienced a break in or anything of the sort. Next I will get into the staff since we have switched apartment management I don’t really know anyone in the office except for Rosa, Rosa have been working here since I moved in, As a young woman that relocated 17hrs away from home it’s not a better apartment manager I would want. Rosa is an amazing woman that helps me with all types of things from questions about my apartment (when applying and moving in) to navigating through texas, finding resources for my daughter and offering advice on things I don’t know. It is always important to love where you live , Thank you Casa Villa and Rosa.

    Great office staff! Ive been residing here at Casa Villa since June 2019. I was in search of a 2nd chance apartment complex due to financial hardships and the leasing representative at the time assisted me in allowing me to lease an apartment! Forever grateful.The maintenance crew are professional and get the job done rapidly.I definitely recommend this property for you and your family to enjoy!

    Hi all reading this review!! I want everyone to know how much happier we are since moving here 2 weeks ago. my boyfriend and i were hesitant at first but there hasn’t been any red flags while living here. we appreciate our leasing agent DERAY for being phenomenal, as well as the rest of the office staff and the maintenance staff too! we love our layout, our cats love the new place, i could go on about the amenities but you guys just see for yourself when it’s your time to move!! the neighbors are friendly and we are happy to call this place home💖

    My family and I have been renting here for a year and the few problems we have faced has been addressed and handled promptly. Management takes pride in and cares for their property, so they take every matter seriously and wont hesitate to do what needs to be done. Out of the few issues we have had here, the rude and inconsiderate neighbors have been the worst, however, management took the matter seriously and handled it as professionally as we could ask for, and it has been peaceful ever since. They are helpful, they care for their residents, and they maintain a safe environment so its easy to talk to them and come to an understanding that works for everyone. Resigned the lease and looking forward to being in the community a little longer. I highly recommend checking them out and being a part of the neighborhood. Very quiet area, convenient location, and peaceful area.

    Thank you Casa Villa for your support and help in all that you do. This is one of the best properties with such a wonderful staff. Thank you for your honesty and for helping me. Although we don’t qualify income wise we appreciate the time that Rosa took in asking questions prior to us waisting our time and money in application and administrative fees. We had already lost money at other properties. But Rosa took that extra time and let us know what we needed to know. Thank you so much and we will definitely be looking at your property in the future.

    Moved in last week from Boston and I love it! Super spacious and worth every dollar. Monica and Daray were super helpful with getting me set up in a timely manner. Unlike some of my previous property managers they seem to really care about making sure I’m comfortable in my new home. Highly recommend checking it out.

    I would definitely recommend these apartments. Management is absolutely amazing and understanding. They will work with you no matter the situation. Daray Williams is the best apartment manager I’ve ever had hands down! He’s really easy to talk to and will help as long as you’re willing to do your part. I’ve been here almost 4 years and management has changed SEVERAL times, this management is the best it’s been since I’ve moved in. The complex is always quiet and my unit is really spacious for a great price. Can’t go wrong with casa villa.

    Not a bad neighborhood, great apartment staff, great maintenance. I love the apartment set up. Minor pest issue but they spray monthly? So over all its not bad here.But the new management was unprofessional. They locked me out after move out and i was never able to get all of my belongings.

    The lady that helped us pick the place out, Sadie, was really nice and helpful, but she left soon after we moved in. The staff that were here after were awful, but after a few months there was once again new staff, and the current ones are great, they always get stuff done immediately, usually right when you ask if possible. Theres definitely been a... shady element in the area in the past, but its gotten remarkably better. I feel pretty safe. Now the actual apartments, they are newly renovated, but it seems like a bit of a rush job. The old, non-grounded wiring is still in place and they got paint on everything. The sink came off like one day into living there and even after getting fixed it leaks. Maintenance is pretty good though and can get your stuff fixed over time. Im having to move now but only because my roommate is leaving, and if it werent for that Id probably stay. You could do a lot worse for the price.

    Being a single mom.. Finding a 2 bed room apartment for a decent price was hard to come by! That’s when I found these apts. I lived here for a few months now and absolutely no complaints they help me out with transferring when the 2 beds became available. Enjoying my stay here!

    When I moved to Texas I just wanted a safe, clean and comfortable environment for my son and newborn daughter. I was so stunned by the amount of space and different convenient amenties it offered. The new management team always available with great customer service and so professional. Eager to assist with maintenance issues and open ear for problems or just if you need to talk. They treat you like people and always ask how me n my kids doing. I have and would recommend renting and being at home with this company. Casa Villa. We call it home.

    My mom and I have been tenants at Casa Villa Luxury Apartment Homes (CVLAH) for many years. The name, speak volumes. The staff make you feel, “At Home.” It’s great to be known by name. They get to know you on a personal basis. At Casa Villa they are concerned about their lessees. Especially during the winter storm. Our needs were met promptly. Management provided residents with water. Without any hesitation. When my dining room flooded, I was given laminate flooring instead of carpet. The maintenance crew came and hooked up my washer and dryer, and made sure they worked properly.There are many reasons we selected to reside here. We like how management take pride in the up keep of our property; the fact that residences are offered 24-hour maintenance service; a gated premises with 24-hour surveillance; mandatory parking permits; and assigned paid parking is obtainable. Events are held on holidays; their very adamant about us getting to know our neighbors.Management and staff are very active in the Woodhaven Community. Text messages and emails are sent out notifying residence of useful information; for instance, City Programs that benefit the public. Crime meetings are kept onsite. These are the many reasons I prefer Casa Villa.

    I am looking to move to Dallas. I rode by and saw this nice complex and decided to stop. So glad I did! We meet Cynthia, she showed us 2 different units. Both were in great condition. Cynthia was very professional and made us feel welcomed. She really made my stop an enjoyable experience.

    Daray Williams Was amazing ‼️The apartment was beautiful, but it was his custom service and his knowledge that sold the whole package 📦 . With his genuine answers and spunky Charisma My husband and I left very satisfied and safe knowing that our money is being put into great hands . Upon arrival he was urgent at greeting us and family. Making sure to answer any questions or concerns effectively and clearly. Once deciding to tour the model townhome that we had previously searched online, he worked up the anticipation By showing us all the amenities That the property had to offer. As you would normally expect when touring a community. My husband normally sits back and let’s me do all the “glancing and talking” , 4 years of marriage and he has never once cared much where we stay as long as it has football lol. finally arriving to the townhome things definitely took a major turn, because the townhome I fell in love with online I completely just did not like it ‼️ I couldn’t explain why at the time why I just didn’t like it as much and it’s not that anything was wrong , I just did not get that “flutter” feeling or that “our home” vibe when walking in. I have to admit , I am extremely picky and my husband is very aware, so once again when it comes to apartment shopping he just sits back and let me do my thing lol. I looked around for some time and decided that it just wasn’t for us and that I would politely thank Daray , take his information ℹ️ as I would anywhere else and leave on the note 📝 “we will be in contact” knowing in the back of my mind 📝”Never returning.” Daray must have been doing his job for a long time but I personally believe that he’s just that darn good at his job because he seriously put me on the spot by asking “what was it that you dont like, tell me , let me help...” , engaging in conversation that got not only my interest and views of what I want out of a home but as well as got my husband to get engaged in on the conversation in his “wants” . Daray Williams Was so patient he took the time and care to explain why the area will benefit our life with the developing community around the complex but also how being a part of casa Villa also has more than enough floor plans to fit our needs . It was almost an hour later that I noticed for once my husband was speaking on floor plans , I was shocked ‼️Daray Asked if we could keep a open mind and look at some other floor plans before we leave . He let us look at a model that was a little more costly, and to my surprise every thing he lead his previous conversation with was in this apartment. For the first time ever heard my husband say “I love this apartment‼️‼️“ surprised me so much I wanted to move that very single moment . To sum the whole experience up , Daray Williams is on top of his game ‼️With out his help this would have been just “some other place we went looked at” but Daray found away to turn it into our home . I wish I could say more about the other office workers but I don’t think they even spoke to us the whole time . It seemed as if they might have been on break but Daray Was definitely more than enough to make up for the whole staff ‼️ Thank you so much Daray Williams and we look forward to the experience 😃

    If your looking for a place to call home you should take a closer look at Casa Villa. Love the unique tile roofs, pool area and the rolling hills with parks nearby. Good location with road access to easily get any where in the metroplex. Staff is friendly and responsive and make you feel like part of the the family.
