    We just completed a two year lease with Casa Rana and it has gone extremely well! Within the last year they have implemented a new system on the resident portal to report issues and they always respond promptly...its the best way to get action fast. There are two ladies (Laura and Lori) they have a lot of units to manage and they can be hard to get a hold of but they do respond and get things done ASAP. We loved the McCart floor plan and are sad to be moving on. Thank you Laura and Lori for all your help in making sure we felt safe and secure our entire time in Fort Worth!

    I cannot begin to say enough things about how nice and easy they are to work with. I know the process at TCU can be frustrating finding housing so far in advance and they make it easy. Wonderful, wonderful folks to work with.

    I used Casa Rana for my housing at TCU and i have to say they have been very helpful with repairs, maintenance, and any other problems that i’ve had when living there. Laura is so nice and helpful when I do run into issues! Highly recommend using Casa Rana for all of your renting needs!

    I have loved working with Casa Rana! Overall, they are responsive to requests and are always there to help. No matter what our problem is, they are always working to solve the problem and make sure that their residents feel safe and comfortable in their home. They have made my first experience living in my own apartment a great one!

    We recently worked with Casa Rana Management to produce a video promoting their TCU student housing, and were blown away with the quality of the housing we walked through! The level of detail of the amenities in their housing was incredible! Its obvious that they listen to their clients and do whats in the students best interest. Its also extremely impressive that they have an entire team to take care of their students; weve never seen anything like this before. Working with their team was a pleasure, and we would recommend Casa Rana Management to anyone looking for a high-quality, conveniently located place to live that also has an amazing staff who cares.

    I have truly enjoyed my experience with Casa Rana Management. They are so accommodating and reply very quickly whenever I have any questions. Great communication, great staff, and great places to live!! My apartment was absolutely perfect. I would recommend them to everyone! My walk to class was only 4 minutes.

    Excellent living experience. Casa Rana was responsive to our issues and sent help immediately whenever requested. They even provided a cleaning service for our home once a month. Our home was pleasant to live in and was perfect for TCU students. I would recommend living in any of Casa Ranas properties.

    I have lived in a Casa Rana property the past year and a half and have had a good experience with the company. They accommodate well to college aged tenants by providing a monthly cleaning and lawn service. They also are prompt to respond to maintenance related issues that arise from time to time. Overall I’ve had a good experience and would recommend renting from Casa Rana and to other TCU students.

    UPDATE:The new management reached out and made things right. Lorie (New Property Manager) was easy to deal with and prompt on fixing the situation. While move out was difficult with the prior management, the townhouse itself was well kept and an enjoyable experience.I rented through Casa Rana during my last year at TCU & I could not be more disappointed in how the experience turned out. They ended up taking over $1,000 from our security deposit for insane reasons, most of which didn’t even exist. They urged us to use a cleaning service, recommended by them (was not cheap), and then they charged us for sweeping, dusting, mopping, etc which was all done by the cleaning service THEY recommended to us. My roommates and I were in shock when we got the statement with all of the charges on it & immediately reached out to Casa Rana management, who have continually not responded to emails or calls & voice messages. Keep in mind we have been reaching out since JUNE & it is now AUGUST. This company is beyond unprofessional and won’t even speak to us about why they are taking all of this money from us. 100% would not recommend living here due to ongoing headaches.

    Casa Rana has always had a quick response time which was much appreciated. It is easy to stay in touch with them and I have absolutely LOVED living in our house under their management. Great end to my college career.

    The management office is very responsive when needed! I had a couple of issues that had to be addressed and Laura was on top of it! She followed up with me and handled it ASAP. Im moving soon and Lorie the new manager has been so kind. If your looking to move into the TCU college campus area dont hesitate in reaching out to Casa Rana!

    Love the Casa Rana team! They have been super helpful and patient, ensuring that we crossed our t’s so our paper work didn’t cause issues. They have been really responsive even when there was no immediate opportunity for them. Their offices are close to campus and very inviting. They even are trying to help out students come together to fill a house based upon some commonalities. Unfortunately the high enrollment and lack of TCU student housing has created ridiculous situation for students trying to find housing… none of which is their fault. So don’t take frustrations out on them as they are working hard to help our kids! Thanks Lorie, Laura, Melissa and team You gals Rock!!!

    I have lived at my personal location for about 2 years now. I absolutely love Melissa and Laura/ Casa Rana. The staff is great and they always respond quickly. I live in a one bedroom and I could not ask for a more safe place to live or better management for my apartment. I am sad to be moving out but my experience has been fantastic! 10 out of 10
