From the day that I started, everyone at Campus Advantage embraced and welcomed me with open arms. There has not been a day where I have not felt unsupported or appreciated. One of my favorite moments, thus far, was the Momentum Summit for the leasing and marketing team. What I loved about this summit was that is created a space for entire team to foster new relationships with each other, learn, and build MOMENTUM to strive for the best.I am so thankful to be able to call Campus Advantage my home!

Ive had the pleasure of working for Campus Advantage for the past 5 years and my time has been filled with nothing but growth and opportunities. In my 5 years, I have been fortunate enough to have been through 2 promotions, all of which Im grateful for. This is by far the best company I have worked for! I appreciate that though we are all spread out amongst the US, we are all somewhat still closeknit. My home office management team and supervisors have been nothing but supportive, even on the days you feel like throwing in the towel. #CAMILY!! No matter how long you’ve been here! We just left a fantastic LM cruise conference, and a lot of them have just started within this company maybe a month or 2 ago. When we hired Campus Advantage to manage the student housing project that we recently foreclosed on, we really did not know what to expect. They had great reviews, but with any service provider, you never know until you hire them. The property had been neglected for over a year and had all kinds of issues ranging from mold and outgrown landscaping to high delinquency, low occupancy, and a poor reputation. Four months into the management contract, we could not be any happier. After one week of managing the property, a noticeable difference was observed as they brought in their “A Team” to get a handle on the issues. Since then, the property has been brought up to a habitable, safe condition and many of the units are once again ready for leasing. With so many moving pieces, communication is critical and it’s been nothing less than awesome. We have a call with their team every week to go over any issues and for them to provide updates on the property. In addition, their marketing team was on the phone with us day one to discuss marketing strategies. Campus Advantage has exceeded our expectations. If we ever have another property we need help with, I will be sure to reach out to Campus Advantage.
