In 2020 my husband and I were looking for a new place to live. I came across this home on Cherry Street. He and I have always loved the older homes and so he went to check it out once I gave him the address and the people to contact, Calix Properties. As soon as he saw the house he fell in love came and got me and we met with the property manager and we signed the lease. This August 14th would have been 4 years weve lived in this home, and moving is one of the hardest things Ive had to do other than saying goodbye to my husband who passed away February 15th of 2023. This is a beautiful neighborhood, with beautiful people, any family would be happy to live here. If things happened here that needed to be looked at repaired fixed or whatever the need, our needs were always met by the wonderful staff of Calix Properties. Thank you to Dalia Franklin and all your tender care of our needs while we lived here. It was some of the happiest times weve had and I am very sad to go. I pray that whoever moves into this home next will take care of it, and love it as much as Matt and I did. -
