We currently reside in a property managed by CBarT. Tiffany in their leasing office is simply amazing. She is helpful and kind… and actually cares!! Their maintenance team is on point and has quickly fixed any issues. They are quick to address any issues and exhibit excellent communication!

Lived in one of their apts a few years back. Great value if you’re going to school. Maintenance was pretty quick to come take a look with any issues I had. Never had a billing problem with them.

Rented from them for 3 years. It was just right for what I needed as a college student. I lived two blocks away from campus and was so close to everything I needed to have a fun experience in Denton. The building definitely showed its age, but was the most affordable studio I could find in Denton at the time. Everything is getting outrageously expensive! Over my 3 years spent at the apartment on Oak St., the maintenance was always timely, my neighbors were kind, and it was relatively quiet for the most part. They sprayed for bugs every 3 months, and replaced my A/C unit when the heater broke in it last year.Tiffany and Marty were always quick to respond to emails and were very nice any time I had to go speak to them in their office directly.

While the propertys exterior leaves much to be desired (trash in the yard, questionable people roaming in parking lot at night) the management company was amazing. Every time we called because something was broken they were there within the next hour or at the latest the next day. What was the most amazing was that we received $225 of our $300 deposit back! It was a great experience except for the location.

Everybody has to pay a rent somewhere and for almost 14 yrs lve been w C BAR T Property Mgmt company. They are strict but fair. Ive gotten to know my landlord & the ladies who run this office and they are good hard working ppl. If your honest & pay your rent on time youll love this company.

I am using C Bar T to manage my property after I moved away. They are easy to communicate with. And they seem to do a good job taking care of my property and satisfying tenant requests.
