Best experience I have ever had as a renter! Ashten the manager is tough but fair, and she is doing right! I pay a little more here than at my old apartment in Sulphur Springs. However I see why. She has kept these apartments so clean and safe! Everything works properly just as it should. Maintenance request are taken seriously and addressed asap. I appreciate that so much. They donβt allow satellites attached to the building like a lot of properties, however Ashten has gone above and beyond to try and accommodate my request for that would allow better internet for me so that I can work remotely. I feel blessed to be here, and have Ashten to thank for that! Burton star properties, I hope you see what an asset you have in Ashten. Give her a raise before someone else grabs her up! Thanks for the nice clean safe place to call home! -

The on sight manager is really great at taking care of maintenance requests. She is a pleasure to work with.
