WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE.I have a very pleasant experience living here. Staff people are really nice, maintenance crew is friendly and they do an awesome job, I’ve been living here for 4 years already and I’m planning to renew my lease again. Neighbors are nice, some dog owners don’t pick up after their pet (me as a dog owner always have waste bags with me when I’m walking my dog), but maintenance crew always try to keep the common areas pretty clean still.

I moved in recently and my experience has been great. Everyone in the leasing community are very helpful, professional and nice. I moved in with no hassle and I love the community here. It’s quiet and calm. I really love the unit too!Maintenance requests are quickly handled and well done too!A huge shout out to Gabriela, she made the whole process and move in very easy and there was constant communication throughout!

Cozy but upgrades are needed just to bring up to speed. Management is lax with keeping the grass and grounds pristine. Simple things like the bathroom and kitchen faucets need to be upgraded. Parking designation needs to be more defined and flooding happens due to poor drainage but overall still a great place to live.

YAZMIN YAZMIN YAZMIN is the best at Brighton Place Apartments Lewisville. Are you kidding? The woman is so hardworking , helpful , does everything to a T and doesn’t ever miss. She fixes problems and helps people like me who are anxiety ridden and won’t stop calling the office 15 times. She never once was rude and I’m obsessed with her work ethic. She is the reason why I want to work here!

I have had nothing but good experiences since I moved in, over a year ago. All of the office staff have been easy to talk to and the maintenance guys have been wonderful. I moved in shortly before the pandemic changed the world. My nerves were put at ease as the office provided regular communication and updates about everything and what to expect as changes took place. I am eternally grateful.

I presently live at Brighton place apartment and i love it, i have been here for two years now and i have never regretted it. They have good office personnel with good work ethics, excellent customer care and attendance.The best part about this apartment is their maintenance department, they come on time and always get whatever you want done perfectly well. In my two years at this apartment till date, i have never had parking problems, their facilities are all up to date and functioning properly well.This is an apartment i would recommend to anybody that wants an up to date apartment and perfect customer attention from all the staffs.Thanks beatrice, grace and joey for a job well done.

I moved here in 2022 and I love it! They are one of few complexes with gates that actually work! Brighton Place is also very accommodating of my service animal. I have recommended this community to several of my friends and co-workers.

We found a great deal on a two bedroom and for rate its a great apartment. We like living here. Its simple and clean. Maintenance is fantastic! I havent had any issues with the leasing office. The community is mostly middle class, pretty decent group overall. Lots of families, kids and pets. All good things.

I’ve been living here since September and I can say this place is nice and cozy! Only thing I can really complain about if I had to, is the older appliances and the popcorn roof which aren’t really a big deal to me. Other than that, the property is a solid place to live at with little to no problems.

Today was my last day in this apartment after 15 months. I thoroughly enjoyed my time. Although the apartments are a little older and offer few amenities, the customer service is unmatched. Throughout my stay, Beatriz and Esmeralda were responsive and very quick, the maintenance staff was friendly and effective, and my neighbors were awesome. And the tacos at the Valero across the street are unmatched! Im sad to go and would definitely recommend thud place to anyone looking.

Moved in last week. Ruben worked with me through the whole application process and answered all the questions i had. Grounds are well maintained. Beautiful pool which Ive yet to enjoy cause of working but plan to soon. Very conveniently located, right off the bus lines with many stores and restaurants in the area to shop and eat. Looking forward to 14 months here

My boyfriend and I just moved in last month, so we havent been here long, but so far its been great. The staff has been super helpful and polite, the neighbors are very friendly, and maintenance is always very quick about coming to fix stuff. Ill be posting another review when we leave, so I hope we have a good year to report back on!10/7/15: Both gates were broken or something for the last two months, left wide open 24/7. Felt very unsafe. Anyone could get in. They only fixed it when there was a state inspection. Depending on who you get, the maintenance guys sometimes leave a huge mess behind. Whatever painting company they hire also sucks. They just paint over everything. Theres paint sprayed on the windows, the floors, power outlets and light switches get painted over...Just lazy and sloppy work, and they dont bother to tape anything, seems like.Staff and everything else is still lovely.

Though we were only at Brighton Place Apartments for one year, I will try to make this as fair and as objective as possible.I would really like to thank the staff at Brighton Place for making our stay pleasant. The maintenance crew was very friendly and respectable when we dealt with them. They responded to our work order requests in a timely manner and seemed pretty knowledgeable with what they were doing.The office personnel were always readily available, knowledgeable, and responded to whatever we needed very quickly. I especially thank Ms. Beatriz and Mr. Joe; very friendly and courteous.The facility, though well maintained, is dated. It was a nice place for us to stay at but we learned quickly it was too small for our preference. That is the reason we moved out. This being said, all the amenities were readily available, and all appliances in the apartment worked okay. The facility lacks covered shelter for your automobiles but there was always parking available close to the apartment so we did not have to park our car and walk all the way across the complex to get home.In summary, I recommend this place if you are okay with the size of the floorplans and age of the units. I learned that there are people that have lived there for a long time. One gentleman in particular has lived there more than 8 years and told me he is happy with no desire to move. This speaks volumes of the attention the management staff offers the tenants.Thank you Brighton Place for making our stay, though short, a pleasant one.

Awesome staff!Esmerelda is the best ever!Although I do not live here I can tell this is a great community based on this one person.I’m new to Texas, from Mississippi & a first time renter.Esmerelda is the most knowledgeable apartment leasing agent I have ever spoke with over the past month or two. She answered all my questions promptly and politely. Also she had a great attitude the whole time! She was very informative and went the extra mile to make sure I was as informed as possible.The world needs more people like Esmerelda!! There should be a 10 star rating for people like her.

Well, I once knew a girl that lived here and it was a wonderful place. The maintenance man was very helpful in that when Id visit he would watch out for us all knock on the door if her husband got home., and sometimes he would come in and run the video camera and wouldnt even ask to join in unless invited.

Some context,I paid $877 for a 2 bed (1 bed with den)15 month leaseI am cheap, but cleanelectricity $42-86water $24-45If you are reading this let me put you on game.1. anyone complaining about being duped on a lease is dumb because its all in writing and if you are right, you can sue for more, since they rather complain on reviews they must be wrong.2. I have high tolerance for basic people, what is a basic person, anyone who does something without malice. example showering at 4 am.reviewFor the price and distance from Dallas I cant complain but I heard my apartment is going for 1k now which is a joke, I wouldnt do it. Only because the apartment is old. it has an old smell you cant get rid of, it comes from years of painting over them. example there are pennies stuck to the closet shelf because they were painted over.my apartment was an ends to a means, I rarely found myself needing anything from the front office, I pay on time and rarely complain filled out 3 total work orders related to the toilet and sink. both resolved, I changed out all the shower heads to get better water pressure and upped my water heater to 2/3 for more hot water. They will fumigate once a month if you want I never had a bug issue and the bugs I did see came from vents or the sink (normal for these type of apartment) in total I probably killed 2 spiders and 2 roaches all babies and never had an issue past that.the property mangers are 3 resourceful, smart, beautiful women (sexy), that never seem to not have the right answer. If you pay on time and talk to them with respect I dont see any issue. (bring back the free snacks). the front gate is a nice touch of security, never had issues there, and I never used the Pool because gross. (probably very clean but I am good).The people around me are just as annoying as I am, and less annoying than the 1 star review people. Kids crying loudly is the dumbest thing I have ever heard what kid doesnt cry loudly. No car issues, I hate pet owners because most seem lazy like not cleaning up after their pet, but mostly because they get pets, trap them in a house all day while they work, and then the dog goes crazy barking at any sign of life. that is a prison sentence. No break ins no loud music. Then again, I rarely flinch at loud music (HBCU).In closing I am OK with this place if I didnt have to move I wouldnt, and for the price I won this battle, I dont expect my deposit back because I probably want clean up very much sweep, mop and dip. I never used the 2nd shower so its legit in the same condition I got it in. they probably need to remodel it any way tiles are peeling. Thats just the type of person I am idgaf because I rather pay someone else too.I hope this was of use to you, take care.

Very good service from the staff. Esmeralda and Jorge were always there to help whenever we needed it. I recommend these apartments if you’re looking for apartments around this area. The only thing I didn’t like was the area, it almost feels as if these apartments are too good for the area.

I like it because it is a small complex, it has security since it has an electric gate with access code that allows NO strangers to enter, when we need attention from the maintenance men they are willing to help us and repair what we need….. 100% recommended
