    I live in the apartments in SHREWSBURY. The office staff are nice and welcoming. The maintenance staff are awesome. I give a big shout out to Will the supervisor, he listens and acts promptly when needed.I am happy with the service I receive.

    I really like living at The Terrace . It’s close to my job and shopping. If something breaks the amazing maintenance team is quick to respond. I am pretty happy with the space I have here and I honestly have wonderful neighbors. I never see or hear about drama here. Everyone minds there own business which is very important to me . The staff here , answer all messages in a timely fashion. If you have a financial issue ? No problem. They offer flex pay which will pay your rent and you pay them back over both checks instead of one. It’s really great if you get in a pinch to know you have options.Overall, I’m very satisfied with my living environment. My apartment is pretty big and I really love the space!! Thank you!

    The ladies that work in the office is always nice and friendly , When ever I call to the office they are all very helpful and communicate things with you if they tell you they will call you back they do . They make sure that if any events or things like that will occur they email you in a timely manner especially if they are closing the office early or won’t be open. If I have a maintenance issue I submit my request someone will call me or come to my unit same day and they can’t make they will let you know .They make sure the grounds are clean . This is a nice apartment community that the staff make sure you are in a safe environment and well maintained.

    I love everything about Bridge Property Management! The property is well-kept up. Beautiful, creative, one-of-a-kind landscaping; as I take a walk around the property, I walk on concrete, dirt, grass....Its like taking a walk in a park! The grounds are so lovely.The employees at the leasing office are all very kind, professional, polite and down-to-earth. I always enjoy stopping in--even if its just to pick up a package--Oh! I LOVE the package lockers!The apartment clusters are wonderful! I love seeing the different buildings in slight color difference and how they are built differently.I hope to live here for a very long time.

    The staff is great! Things are done in a timely manner. The only issue I have is that my apartment isnt fully renovated. They really should have replaced all the cabinets in the apartment, from the kitchen to the bathroom. They are in really bad condition. I would not mind it if they decided to do it while Im here. One of the cabinets on the side of the stove has a mean lean to it and looks as if it will collapse at any time. Other than that and what sounds like my 300 pounds neighbors upstairs who run through their house all day, its a good value and the staff is very nice, professional and responsive

    Been here for about 18 months, I will say they have been making great improvements and quickly. They have been very accommodating to the residents from what I can see thru emails. The new management team is way better than the previous and are very transparent about everything. Some emails are very direct and funny and I love to see it. They are trying to help the best way they can during this pandemic and that is commendable.Requests are handled quickly, pest control is professional and handled quickly. They explain everything and ANYTHING that will effect us as residents. Rent is still better than most places in the area and with the renovations it makes it even better. Now I do not know if they will be doing rate increases (hoping not) but I mean if you are going to choose a place, I will highly recommend.

    I am not happy with the recent rent increase. I realize Florida is seeing high increases but owners must compromise or lose some long-term residents. I am happy with apartment management and like living here. I dont have any intent to move but further large increases may force me to do so. Note: my only income is social security. This will soon be my 6th year here. I would suggest a 2 tier rent structure:one for move-ins and reasonable rate increases for long-term residents if management is happy with the tenant(s). The owners and management should highly value and wish to keep good tenants.

    The apartment is decent quality except for the quality of the carpet. The insulation, windows and doors are excellent. The office staff are courteous and professional, but the turnover of office staff is far too great. My wife has lived in these apartments since they were built in 1989 and she has never seen anything like the ongoing personnel turbulence and tyrannical management actions that have existed since Bridge Property Management took over. For example, I personally witnessed the property manager refuse to give a key to a resident for the residents apartment because the resident did not have photo ID with her. The property manager knew very well who the resident was. The resident had been taken to a hospital against her will that morning because of an allegation that she was suicidal. Her personal belongings had been left in the apartment, including her keys and purse with her ID. The resident had checked out of the hospital and walked several miles to get back home, only to be unable to enter her apartment and unable to get a key from the office. The resident had previously had many clashes with the previous property manager because of tyrannical attitudes and actions that were endemic with that property manager. Fortunately, that manager was replaced, but he was acting to accomplish objectives given to him by corporate managers.

    New tenant and I just say although my initial experience was a little rocky, Maegan really helped me out and made everything all better. The staff was very supportive and Katherine (with a K) and Maria were awesome as well. They all got everything take care of for me with a wonderful option. Also the maintenance has been on point as well. I truly have no complaints at this time. Thank you all for your help as I am new to the state of Texas.

    I live at Chandlers Bay and was essentially made to endure some pretty horrible neighbors. With ample amounts of proof and complaints of noise after hours that kept my family up and stressed I got told to “deal” with it. Once I called head quarters I was handled with the upmost care and compassion. I’ve lived here 7 years and feel like they value my residency more than the actual apartment managers! Thank you Robin for prompt and professional service

    I enjoy being so close to public transportation, and everything I could possibly want or need is within a 3-mile radius.Maintenance is responsive, thorough, and professional.I have lived here for 20 years. It would be nice to have new/better kitchen appliances.Complaints: (1) I wish more could be done about loud music, (2) dog poo not being cleaned up, and (3) destructive children who damage the property. (4) Also, there used to be people who went around the complex picking up trash. [I police the area around my residence.]Generally speaking, its a nice place to live, but more could be done to make the grounds more appealing.

    Personnel are very well trained and are very knowledgeable about what is happening around here! They are extremely beautiful people! We miss in person contact but they do just as good when we call in! They are helpful in working with residents who may be experiencing hard times! I’m so happy that the Project Access program exists because they have helped us with their food distribution and other services! A big thank you to Josephine who has been working so hard on our behalf! Thank you all so much!

    Ive been here 16 years and never had any major complaints. The property was always nice and clean but of late there has been trash and garbage in parking lots and stairwell, which doesnt make our home look like a decent place to live. Also, which appears to be gun shots going off at night on a regular basis, this does not set well with me.My kitchen still is unfinished, they started but never completed the job and I complained many times, nothing has been done about it. Other than that, I love it here.

    Kylie Minton and Kelli Easterling are true professionals. They were amazing at finding me an emergency apartment after my other two failed big time at another location. They had me and my son in an apartment in less than a day. These ladies rock and seem to truly care for people and not just capacity numbers. Thank goodness BPM saw them and hired these two wonderful human beings. I cant wait to interact with them more over the next 12 months.The only reason I didnt give Woodcreek a full five stars is that Ive been here for four days and still dont have hot water in my bathroom. I turned in a work order for that and two other things, and they havent been addressed any of them, yet. When all I had were cold showers in the Army, they were ok, but as a disabled vet its hard to deal with.The complex is still very beautiful, overall, with its amazing mature trees, crepe myrtles and great game room. Kylies staff does a wonderful job keeping trash and litter to a minimum, even though the complex is on a super busy intersection. When I toured the property I kept my eyes open looking for warning signs, but there were none. BPM should be proud of the job they do each day.The only negative to the complex is its age.Its very old and has apartments with the original decrepit 1980s particle board cabinetry and AC. The unit in my apartment still works, but the metal lid that contains it over the bathtub is rusted out, hanging down and is only held on by one drywall screw.This complex earned its four star rating from me bc of the management staff and her crew. I would recommend to most folks who are in need of a nice middle class place to stay.

    I live in one of the marietta properties owned by this establishment, and am coming up on a year living at the property, and I will say my experience has been amazing. Move in was definitely rocky and left a bad taste in my mouth, with confusion within the staff, and my unit not being fully ready, but the situation was rectified and ever since then, they have always been extremely accommodating and helpful and PROMPT. I definitely renewed my lease, and definitely would recommend this property to anyone who asks. The only problem in my opinion is the $15 recreation fee charge thats on top of rent, I guess allocated to keeping the property beautiful and amenities up to date... however in my year of being a tenant the gates have worked a total of 3 days. I wish the money was used to making sure the gates were working when they needed to be, and also investing in more streetlights throughout the community. I live near the neighborhood park, and that is well lit.. however the surrounding streets are extremely dark, and the apartment breezeways are the only lighting really available.

    I love living in Heron Walk, the ladies in the leasing office are so efficient, knowledgeable, and always here to help. The same could be said of maintenance. It would be nice if everyone would appreciate the grounds and pick up after their pets. Pest control is pretty well maintained for the most part. I hope I can continue living here.

    Manager is quick to respond to complaints. Came over to my apartment to talk to me when they were repairing the staircase. She explained how they were going to do it & how long it would take. She did this late on Friday before a Holiday. Definately gave me solace, considering I am handicapped & walking on uneven ground because the sidewalk is blocked off is difficult for me. Turns out, she even spoke to the workers to make sure they finished quickly.

    I’ve been living here for three years and I have never had a bad experience. The ladies in the office are always so nice and professional every time I call or go in person. They worked with me when I was struggling and lost hours during covid, until I was able to get back.Maintenance staff is always wonderful and respectful and makes sure they handle issues in a timely manner. I would like to say Thank you to the Ridgeline staff. You guys are awesome!!

    I have moved into the Helix a week ago, and I love it. Its quiet and peaceful. The Police Department is right next door to my balcony window. I hear the Police Cadets marching and talking. It reminds me so much of when I joined the military and how much fun it was for me. The Helix is my perfect place. The staff is great. The Portal is awesome. Flex payment option is perfect for me. I will be here for awhile. Finally found my home.

    Very clean and nice area, Leasing office are extremely nice and very helpful...always reply to emails with any concerns I may have. Maintanence team is always on point, they come out the very next day to address any issues. Plan on to continuing to renew my lease each year.

    Every time I have called the office I always get a quick response and I really like that. So please keep up the good work word of mouth can really hurt a business so with the work you guys are doing is excellent. Everything is a process but new management is headed in the right direction. The best management team in the 7 years Ive been living here.

    The management recently made improvements on all of the properties roofing which makes the place look great. They are also making renovations to the pool which is great because I thought it was a bit small for the size of the property. My only concern would be with the patio flooring which is a bit old and worn in need of repair.

    From the very beginning of my application process, to moving in, and as I stand today,, I couldnt be happier. The leasing agent Ive delt with from the beginning, Miss Julie, has been very professional, and a pleasure to work with.. Ive been made very welcome here, and any issues that Ive had, have been addressed immediately and resolved without any delay.. The maintenance team here has been excellent if needed, and follows thru with Emails before and after,, any issues with my apartment.. Which have been very few, and nothing major.. The staff at front office has been very courteous and any calls are quickly relayed or returned as needed... The property is kept clean and maintained very nicely as well... I couldnt be happier here,, I would recommend these folks to anyone looking for a new place here in the Aurora area..

    All in all I am very satisfied with the staff both in the office and the maintenance. They handle my concerns and requests within a reasonable amount of time. The only issue that I have is that the walkways and breeze ways need to be deep cleaned. I know with a property of this size its hard to keep up with everything but they look like they havent been done in quite a while. Other than this issue I am really satisfied with my choice to move here.

    Professional to the point of being non-human. Codes are cited when the management is doing something, to let you know they have every right to do what they want to be doing. If your rent is 1 day late they put an eviction notice up on your door, and dont contact you to see if you made a mistake with auto pay.Water in the apartment complex is absolutely horrible, you need to have a filter or a drinking water service. The water is so horrible it turns the bathtub bottom black.Otherwise the complex is relatively quiet, never had issues with noise or rowdiness. Rent is the same as other places, so a person has a lot of choices.

    Since Bridge Propeety Management has been here, Ive had the most professional, friendly, courteous and attentive management team in our front office at Heatherstone, Dallas, TX.The maintenance staff has been wonderful. They have completed my requested work orders, none pending. And they even speak when they see me on a daily basis.All of my appliances where brand new upon my move in date, almost 2 years ago, no complaints. My A/C never goes out and my area is so peaceful.     Living at Collin Creek apartments, managed by Bridge Property has been a joyous experience. The management team in the office, Nora and Chris have ALWAYS been courteous, professional and happy to interact with me on every occasion! Ive never felt like my needs or concerns were inconsequential to them. Prior to Covid, I was able to attend a resident event, and they were gracious hosts. Not to mention that other complexes events were minimal. Bridge invests more in the resident experience. I value that! Prior to Covid, if we received packages, the policy is NOT to leave them just sitting there. We get an email to let us know we have packages. How thoughtful and professional! My complex is clean! This is managed by a team of 5 courteous, and hard-working maintenance men. They acknowledge me everytime they see me with a wave, and sometimes polite conversation when they can! Ive never lived in a complex where ALL my service requests were resolved either the same day I submitted or the next. I honestly dont begrudge completing the surveys, because Miguel and the others are passionate about the quality of their work! There are surveys for everything here. For some people that may seem like a lot, but to me it shows that the property cares about feedback and seeks to address any deficits not only for future residents, but to ensure the satisfaction of its current residents also. The only drawback I have, and if you can fix this, please do so is to load the amount owed for rent sooner than a day or two before its due. I am used to paying my rent when I get paid and typically that can even be up to a week before its due. This forces me to have to constantly check the portal to see if its posted so I can pay. I find this inconvenient. Other than that, you guys are great!

    I have no problem with the residents, office staff, or any maintenance issues with my apartment the only issue I have is the parking. It is absolutely horrible and I guess it wouldnt be such an issue if I wasnt a cancer patient and to have to walk so far and up a hill to my apartment is very much a struggle for me. Even if we had just one assigned parking space would be a blessing, I live in building 5 and its at the highest point in this complex, and I hate to say it but the visitors are taking the spaces. Just thought Id share that.

    For what the company is allowed to do, the management team has been trying with all of their heart. In times of the Covid-19, which no one has experienced or knows how to navigate, they are doing a great job. They are trying hard to make us happy with their own limitations, the management team. Ive seen a few before them. This team is for us and even though circumstances leave their hands tied, they work for you and care for you. It is the management office of Landmark at Collin Creek that I speak of. Including the wonderful maintenance men they have too. Hang in their you all. Its a nice place to be with this team if we are all patient. I love it here. There are hiccups throughout every complex. I dont know about everyone else. It has never been perfect. But Chris, Nora, Miguel, Alvarez and all those Ive missed in this post, thank you

    I lived in a Bridges Property Management building years ago. I hsd no issues while living there. The tenants and the management gave me nothing to worry about. Even the maintenance team did their job well. After leaving, I had an issue with the final utility bill but BPM resolved the issue immediately. I recommend their properties.

    This place Bridge Property Management is okay to live at. They have worked with me many times when in need and the matinance here is good. The price for the rental is outrageous but there is nothing you can do about that. And I did not get to say wheather the dog park gets put right in front of my place because that is a hassle. I would not have pick this appt if I new this was going to happen oh well over all this place ant bad.

    Never had any problems whatsoever in 3 years and management is courteous and understanding to any needs. And they leave you alone and let one live their life in peace and quiet without constant surveillance like other apt complexes Ive lived in or heard about. Yet Security is there whenever needed.     Great place to live at, great management group and I would still be living there if I didnt buy a house. They do everything geared towards their community, get the community together and a lot of community bounding fun activities. Have an issue or problem with anything, talk to Cesar Benitez and you will leave the office happier than you were when you entered the office.

    Well I havent had any issues where I live ( The Reserve at riverwalk in Columbia south Carolina) the only complaint I have is the rent is high and keeps going up. My pay dosent go up every year as my rent do . So it makes it hard to keep up .. I hate to leave because I like it here but this is possibly my last year here.

    I enjoyed living here the complex was always quite, clean and safe. If I didn’t work so far I would have stayed longer. The only downside to this complex is the parking is bad.     Its been overall 4 out of 5 the past 3 years Ive been here. The new management has begun to upgrade the complex adding brand new playgrounds, soccer field, and dog park which is cool. They just need to add a badge reader to the workout room so we can access it at anytime.

    I was LUCKY when I moved to Las Vegas! I least an appartment at HELIX! This complex has many amenities, go online and see. I utilize a ride sharing service. Several drivers have commented on how nice this place is! A very secure location, with security guards, a wall around the complex, and the Metropolitan Police Department next door. Dont see it being any better anywhere else! Thank You, Bridge Property Management, for keeping this place in shape, and for having rules that keep us safe. We all get reminders about the rules. YOU HAVE TO SEE IT !!! An Excellent Place To Live! 😀🎼😇

    The office people are so great and they are very responsive. They have flood service every time. However, the apartment has hidden costs which were not disclosed during signing the lease. They lack transparency in this regard.

    They allow pit bulls !Said it was up to the manager. One already tried to attack my dog. In seven yrs..they never allowed pitbulls!! Now they do. I will plan to move..paod 400.$ in vet fees when pit bull attacked my dog. To afraid to live here now. I have grandkids I am afraid they will attack

    I am extremely disappointed. I gave Liberty Creek Apartments 4 stars because generally, I dont get ignored this way. But YESTERDAY AFTERNOON, I turned in a work order for an overflowing/stopped up kitchen sink. My dishwasher is full of black water and it usually leaks through my downstairs neighbors ceiling. NO ONE CALLED OR CAME BY TODAY AND I CANT USE MY KITCHEN TO COOK! THIS IS AWFUL! PLEASE--SEND MAINTENANCE TOMORROW TO FIX THIS!

    My furnace kept going out, unit was old and had a pilot light. Within a couple days of requesting maintenance, the issues was fixed. They did leave metal parts in front of the apartment and a cardboard box, but that was taken away about 2 days later.

    My brother LOVES his apartment! He loves EVERYTHING about the property! Its just UNFORTUNATE that due to COVID19 (and we understand) that maintenance is UNABLE to repair some of the issues that we reported upon our move-in! I am just CONCERNED of his SECURITY AND SAFETY issues as far as repairing the sliding glass patio door and INSTALLING A SMOKE DETECTOR ASAP! If these 2 problems can be RESOLVED EXPEDITIOUSLY, a 5 star rating is just beyond the horizon! Thank you and have a SAFE 4th of July!

    They bought out the old property management at the apartments I live in and within the first week to two weeks they did everything the old property management didnt do. We had to hound the original PM to fix anything and it would take them MONTHS to fix or even look at anything.     Honestly have had no issues here. They are community friendly. Lots of families live here. The only thing that bothers me is the spiders around certain times of the year. But it does seem like I have been seeing less, so I believe they are working on it.

    Haven’t had any issues with staff, maintenance come timely. Only issue need hot tub fixed so it can be used been down for months & overflow of trash dumpster

    So happy I found this complex. I really got a great deal for my apartment which is sooo nice and recently renovated. The move in process was smooth and easy too, the neighborhood is quiet and a great place for kids. Love it here.

    Ive been staying on this property since 2011 and Ive never seen this property look so great, the new Renovations looks great never felt so safe, just going to the mailbox at 1am you feel safe very well lite, great job new management.

    I have lived here since 2011 and although the original owners (Milestone Mgmt) were slum lords, once they sold the property this has been a wonderful place to live. I just renewed my lease for another year
